Hola hivers, los veo todavía enguayabados (despechados para los que no conocen el término venezolano) con la Caracas Blockchain Week (o soy yo sola), aunque algunos andan por Maracaibo emprendiendo nuevos proyectos donde también Hive se va a lucir en grande, y otros por Lecherías avanzando a lo grande, hasta en la TV nacional anda Hive luego de todo esto, en fin, para los que nos vimos en la cripto cumbre en Caracas y para los que no, desde hoy les voy trayendo una serie de post donde comparto desde mi propia óptica lo que fue mi semana más feliz de este año y todo lo que pasó para llegar a ella.

Hace un poco más de dos meses, me di cuenta del lanzamiento de Caracas Blockchain Week a través de la comunidad de Telegram de AníbalCripto a la que pertenezco desde hace dos años, inmediatamente me imaginé a Hive en ese espacio y comencé a soñar con ello. Bueno, mis sueños se hicieron realidad, puesto que al igual que yo, fueron muchos los Hivers que vislumbraron en este evento una gran oportunidad para impulsar nuestro ecosistema.

Así, con el primer impulso y la emoción, grabé un video para compartir en ThreeSpeak para que todos en Hive se enteraran de lo que acontecería, creo que en él se podía notar toda mi emoción, de verdad que ese anunció me movió todas las fibras y como mínimo, mi primera decisión personal al respecto, fue pedir unos días de vacaciones la primera semana de noviembre para poder participar en todo el evento sin perderme nada.

Cuando Aníbal Garrido me pidió organizar los Side Event para la Caracas Blockchain Week no dude ni un minuto en proponer a Hive entre los posibles temas a desarrollar, debe haber sido tal la pasión con la que hice el planteamiento, que mi maestro Aníbal me compró la idea, ¡y cómo no iba a ser así!, si la forma como le hable de las extraordinarias mujeres que podrían conformar un poderoso panel creo que fue realmente convincente. A todas estas yo solo estaría tras bastidores, disponiendo todo de manera organizativa y logística para regalar este gran espacio a todos los Hivers que lograran asistir.

Mientras estructuraba una propuesta, toda lo más profesional posible me puse en contacto con @arlettemsalase, quien con su grandeza y sencillez que de forma simultánea irradia, da empuje a todo lo que toca demostrando ser un buen ejemplo de crecimiento y con @jonsnow1983 que fue uno de los primeros que contacte cuando me enteré de CBW y él sabe que es así porque mi mente ya venía soñando con tener a los mejores en este evento.

Al ver que estábamos en sintonía armamos un grupo en el que unimos a @soy-laloreto, @samgiset, @ilazramusic para comenzar, con la intención de organizar un Side Event lo más bonito posible con el objeto de despertar el interés de los que asistiesen para participar en la gran cripto cumbre global Caracas Blockchain Week, me hacía falta Victoria en la combinación perfecta entre la gente con experiencia que yo conocía, pero me explicaron que para esta oportunidad no iba a poder asistir porque eran muchos días lejos de su bebito.

En este momento, según les voy contando, no pueden imaginar lo que significó para mí que estas personas que tanto admiro en Hive hayan creído en mí y me hayan acompañado en este sueño, porque yo, para ser bastante franca, a pesar de que ya tengo un año en Hive no soy nadie al lado de este gran equipo que está construyendo nuestro ecosistema desde el comienzo. Especialmente Natalia, que no solo es mi maestra y la de muchos aquí, sino que además tuve la gran suerte de que comenzó a trabajar con Aníbal en otros temas de CBW personalmente desde la ciudad de Valencia, de donde son ambos y de esta forma tuvo la oportunidad de influir muchísimo y dar empuje para que todo fuera tomando la forma que tanto deseaba.

Una vez aprobada la propuesta final, se sumó al fabuloso panel de chicas @gorayii a quien tuve el honor de conocer y que me cautivó con su simpatía, aspecto de su personalidad que ya percibí cuando la escuché participar como curadora en los programas de curación y con quien espero volver a compartir otros grandes proyectos virtuales o presenciales para dejar una hermosa huella donde quiera.

Y otra cosa inesperada para mí fue que decidieran que yo las acompañara en ese panel que vi de tan alto nivel porque como les dije, siempre me vi en todo esto en la logística detrás del escenario o en el mejor de los casos como anfitriona de las chicas, pero le dimos una estructura a nuestra participación que fue acorde con el nivel de experiencia de cada una y donde me sentí muy cómoda relatando mi poca pero buena experiencia en Hive y cómo ha influido cada una de ellas.

Me gustó muchísimo haber tenido esta oportunidad, fue un reto y fue exigente preparar el Side Event en Bitcoin Café con los estándares que manejaba Caracas Blockchain Week y alcanzar la altura y las expectativas que se esperaban, tal vez por eso este fue un evento más estructurado y, por otro lado, muy limitado con el horario porque luego de terminar el Side Event en el mismo lugar, me solicitaron organizar una rueda de prensa para que los organizadores tuvieran un contacto previo con los medios de comunicación.

Así que nos quedamos todos embullados (alborotados en venezolano) de habernos conocido y con ganas de seguir compartiendo más porque tuve que correr a todos del café 😟 para proseguir con las actividades, lo bueno es que ya los habíamos invitado a todos a continuar compartiendo al día siguiente en otro espacio.

	Bitcoin Café es un lugar fabuloso que tienen que conocer si están en Caracas, resulta que es el primer café temático sobre Bitcoin en el mundo y en el puedes ir a tomar un café por supuesto, a comer algo, a quedar para alguna reunión e incluso a aprender, porque en el funciona la academia Fintech 4.0.

La fundadora de ambos es Carmen Salvador una mujer emprendedora que se esfuerza por ofrecer productos y servicios de gran calidad y mantener la innovación presnete en todo lo que hace.Tuvimos el honor de que ella fuera nuestra anfitriona ese día.

Me pasaron muchas cosas buenas alrededor de este evento, muchas cosas que contarles, cuando ya andaba todo este Side Event me escribió Ezio Rojas para proponerme moderar dos paneles el tercer día del evento y eso fue inesperado para mí, por otro lado, consolidé a través de Ernesto Contreras la propuesta de que mi emprendimiento tekeesü tekeños participara en la feria de alimentos, y ahí estuvimos, y así llovieron las buenas oportunidades, al punto que el último día me gané una beca en Platzi, que me costó creer.

Fueron 4 eventos en total los que presenté a los organizadores de la CBW para los eventos paralelos de los que finalmente nos encargamos de uno porque las propuestas, las organizaciones colaboradoras y los voluntarios eran muchos y había que aprovechar todo.

Por fortuna tengo un gran equipo que me apoya y me acompaña en todo lo que me propongo junto a ellos, mi esposo Oscar, que pudieron conocer y a quien @fermionico en la Caracas Blockchain Week le abrió las puertas de Hive con su comunidad Full Deportes para su @oscarnba , mi cuñado Antony @antonyjimenezve quien se encargó del diseño gráfico para el Side Event, mi hermana Anya y ahora se unió a nosotros Sol, nuestra querida @caracasprin que es una gran creativa y nos dió sus toques finales al texto de nuestro Copy.

El Side Event del lunes 31 de octubre en el Bitcoin Café se llamó finalmente "Una tarde de café entre Hivers" Y entre Hivers mayoritariamente se desarrolló, dándome la oportunidad de conocer personas encantadoras cómo @ylich, @nahupuku, @orimusic y muchos mas que nos enorgullecieron con su presencia, además de otros concurrentes que asitieron por curiosidad para conocer Hive o informarse sobre caracas Blockchain Week. Sin embargo, en Hive no dejamos pasar lo que habíamos adelantado, así que, los espacios libres que quedaron los tomamos para nosotros mismos de esta manera surgió la posibilidad de llevar Hive junto con Ilaz y Jon Snow a los alumnos de 5to año del Instituto Rondalera y luego, ese mismo día por la tarde realizar nuestro meetup en Improlounge donde decidimos que Ilaz sería nuestro anfitrión.

Como podrán entender, a los hivers que nos convertimos en secuaces, cómplices y socios de estas ideas, por mi parte solo los conocí interactuando en nuestra plataforma y en todos los medios que asociamos a ella, y de ahí mi admiración y respeto, pero todo este recorrido me ha hecho conocer a otros hivers que lo dan todo por construir y edificar un gran ecosistema de Hive, he tenido la oportunidad de conocerlos también y ver lo grandes que son y ahora estaré muy pendiente de ellos, ahora somos más, sabemos que lo que nos une es grande y por eso estamos dispuestos a hacer muchos sacrificios siempre disfrutando del proceso.

El martes 1 de noviembre fue muy movido para mí con la actividad por la mañana con los chicos y por la tarde en el meetup de la que les daré mi visión en los días siguientes, lo único que les adelantaré es que me enteré ese día porque @enrique89 es el cerebro de todo, ya van a ver por qué.

He tardado unos días en llegar con mi historia, pero es que como les dije tenía que pedir permiso en el trabajo para dedicarme a todo esto y cuando todo estaba terminado, pues el trabajo me esperaba con muchas cosas que atender. Pero seguro que está muy fresco en sus recuerdos, todo lo que vivieron, y en el fondo como yo, no querían que se acabara, en fin... ya está escrito en la cadena de bloques.

Hello hivers, I see you are still disappointed with the Caracas Blockchain Week (or is it just me), although some of you are in Maracaibo undertaking new projects where Hive is also going to show off in a big way, and others in Lecherías advancing in a big way, even in the national TV Hive is on after all this, Anyway, for those of you who saw us at the crypto summit in Caracas and for those of you who didn't, from today I am bringing you a series of posts where I share from my own point of view what was my happiest week of this year and everything that happened to get there.

A little over two months ago, I became aware of the launch of Caracas Blockchain Week through the Telegram community of AníbalCripto to which I have belonged for two years, I immediately imagined Hive in that space and began to dream about it. Well, my dreams came true, since, like me, there were many Hivers who saw this event as a great opportunity to boost our ecosystem.

So, with the first impulse and excitement, I recorded a video to share on ThreeSpeak so that everyone in Hive would know what would happen, I think you could notice all my excitement, really that announcement moved all my fibers and at least, my first personal decision in this regard, was to ask for a few days of vacation the first week of November to participate in the whole event without missing anything.

When Aníbal Garrido asked me to organize the Side Events for the Caracas Blockchain Week I did not hesitate for a minute to propose Hive among the possible topics to develop, it must have been such the passion with which I made the approach, that my master Aníbal bought me the idea, and how could it not be so, if the way I talked to him about the extraordinary women who could make up a powerful panel I think was really convincing. I would only be behind the scenes, arranging everything organizationally and logistically to give this great space to all the Hivers who managed to attend.

While I was structuring a proposal, as professionally as possible, I contacted @arlettemsalase, who with his greatness and simplicity that simultaneously radiates she pushes everything she touches proving to be a good example of growth., and @jonsnow1983 who was one of the first ones I contacted when I heard about CBW and he knows it is so because my mind had already been dreaming of having the best in this event.

Seeing that we were in tune we put together a group in which we joined @soy-laloreto, @samgiset, and @ilazramusic to start, with the intention of organizing a Side Event as nice as possible in order to arouse the interest of those who would attend to participate in the great global crypto summit Caracas Blockchain Week, I needed Victoria in the perfect combination between people with experience that I knew, but they explained that for this opportunity I would not be able to attend because they were many days away from their baby.

At this moment, as I tell you, you cannot imagine what it meant to me that these people I admire so much in Hive have believed in me and have accompanied me in this dream, because I, to be quite frank, even though I already have a year in Hive I am nobody next to this great team that is building our ecosystem from the beginning. Especially Natalia, who is not only my teacher and that of many here, but I also had the great luck that she started working with Aníbal on other CBW issues personally from the city of Valencia, where they are both from, and thus had the opportunity to influence a lot and push for everything to take the shape that I wanted so much.

Once the final proposal was approved, she joined the fabulous panel of girls @gorayii whom I had the honor to meet and who captivated me with her sympathy, an aspect of her personality that I already perceived when I listened to her participate as a curator in the curation programs and with whom I hope to share again other great virtual or face-to-face projects to leave a beautiful footprint wherever I want.

And another unexpected thing for me was that they decided that I would accompany them in that panel that I saw so high in level because as I told you, I always saw myself in all this in logistics behind the scenes or at best as host of the girls, but we gave a structure to our participation that was consistent with the level of experience of each one and where I felt very comfortable relating my experience in Hive and how each one of them has influenced.

I really liked having this opportunity, it was a challenge and it was demanding to prepare the Side Event in Bitcoin Café with the standards that Caracas Blockchain Week managed and reach the height and expectations that were expected, perhaps that is why this was a more structured event and, on the other hand, very limited with the schedule because after finishing the Side Event in the same place, I was asked to organize a press conference for the organizers to have the previous contact with the media.

So, we were all embullados (rowdy in Venezuelan) about having met and wanting to continue sharing more because I had to run everyone out of coffee 😟 to continue with the activities, the good thing is that we had already invited them all to continue sharing the next day in another space.

	Bitcoin Café is a fabulous place that you have to know if you are in Caracas, it happens to be the first Bitcoin themed café in the world and you can go there to have a coffee of course, to eat something, to have a meeting and even to learn, because the Fintech 4.0 academy works there.

The CEO of both is Carmen Salvador an entrepreneurial woman who strives to offer high quality products and services and keep innovation present in everything she does.we were honored that she was our hostess that day.

Many good things happened to me around this event, many things to tell you, when I was already walking all this Side Event Ezio Rojas wrote me to propose I moderate two panels on the third day of the event and that was unexpected for me, on the other hand, I consolidated through Ernesto Contreras the proposal that my venture tekeesü tekeños participate in the food fair, and there we were, and so rained the good opportunities, to the point that the last day I won a scholarship in Platzi, which cost me to believe.

There were 4 events in total that I presented to the CBW organizers for the side events of which we were finally in charge of one because the proposals, the organizations collaborating and the volunteers were many and they had to make the most of everything.

Fortunately I have a great team that supports me and accompanies me in everything I propose, my husband Oscar, who you could meet and to whom @fermionico opened the doors in Hive with his community Full Deportes to him acount @oscarnba , my brother in law Antony @antonyjimenezve who was in charge of the graphic design for the Side Event, my sister Anya and now Sol joined us, our dear @caracasprin who is a great creative and gave us the final touches to the text of our Copywrite.

The Side Event on Monday, October 31st at Bitcoin Café was finally called "A Coffee Afternoon Among Hivers" And among Hivers mostly developed, giving me the opportunity to meet lovely people how @ylich, @nahupuku, @orimusic and many more who made us proud with their presence, in addition to other attendees who attended out of curiosity to know Hive or learn about caracas Blockchain Week. However, at Hive we didn't let what we had advanced pass us by, so, the free spaces that were left we took them for ourselves this way the possibility arose to take Hive together with Ilaz and Jon Snow to the 5th-year students at the Rondalera Institute and then, that same day in the afternoon to hold our meetup at impro lounge where we decided that Ilaz would be our host.

As you can understand the hivers that we became henchmen, accomplices, and partners in these ideas, for my part I only knew them by interacting on our platform and all the media that we associate with it, and hence my admiration and respect, but all this journey has made me meet other hivers who give their all to build and build a great ecosystem of Hive, I had the opportunity to meet them too and see how great they are and now I will be very aware of them, now we are more, we know that what unites us is great and therefore we are willing to make many sacrifices always enjoying the process.

Tuesday, November 1 was very busy for me with the activity in the morning with the guys and in the afternoon at the meetup of which I will give you my vision in the days that follow, the only thing I will advance is that I found out that day because @enrique89 is the brain behind everything, you will see why.

It took a few days for me to arrive with my story, but that's because as I told you I had to ask for permission at work to dedicate myself to all this and when everything was finished, well, work was waiting for me with many things to attend to. But I'm sure it is very fresh in your memories, everything you lived, and deep down like me, you didn't want it to end, anyway... it's already written in the blockchain.
