I've been on hive for 7 months today. Since the first day, I've had an exceptional experience and journey.
I had the opportunity to meet exceptional people who possessed extraordinary talent in a variety of fields, not just writing.
I remember being all over the place when I first started blogging, trying to figure out several things.
Since then, I was having a great time writing and sharing my stories. Who doesn't enjoy seeing people become interested in my blog and sharing their thoughts, as well as receiving thoughtful comments? lol
I even developed a lot of genuine connections and go outside of my comfort zone as time passed. I also found other authors who share the same interests as mine.
By simply reading blogs, I was able to acquire an idea of how to get things done, and this greatly aided me in gaining experience from afar.
Apart from gaining valuable experience by just reading blogs and watching videos from various authors, I am glad for how hive helped me in earning money and using that money to give my father a gift that he truly desires.
I urged him to remain at home and we would support him in any way we could because my father is not getting any younger, but he is adamant, and he wants us to just give him the present he wanted to utilize his time to earn so he could save for his medicine rather than getting money from me or my brother. I was moved, but I was also concerned about his health because of the pandemic.
So we fulfilled his request, me and my brother, and with the assistance of my hive earnings and my own money I saved, we were able to offer him this.😍😍💗💓
Giving him this gift made me ecstatic, and watching my father's face light up made me even happier. I am glad to see him this happy and I know that through this gift it would be easier for him to visit my mom's grave as often.
Through Hive I was able to help some of my friends express and share their experiences through writing. I am also glad that one of my friend just posted last night her introduction @blesseddamsel. I know you've been asking me about this platform and with our busy schedule I couldn't find the right time, but the way to go, girl. Feel free to explore and know that I am here and the gang to always support and guide you.
I can't wait to gain knowledge and experiences that I can share with my friends and will never stop bringing my experiences through writing.
