Happy Hive Birthday! This is my first birthday on HiveBlockchain

in #hive-189306last year

Hi Hive Lovers

Starting something is easy, but maintaining it is very difficult.

If I hadn't been reminded by @hivebuzz, I wouldn't have realized that today is my first birthday on #HiveBlockchain. He has sent a congratulatory image as a personal badge for my 1st year here. That image I proudly reused in this special post of mine, and you can view the source here if you'd like.

On May 16 last year, I started to create my account, @justbabybee. A nickname given to me by my grandmother. He hoped that I would become a bee who always seeks and consumes only good things for herself and gives good things to others. It is exactly the same as the character of a bee that only seeks and consumes flower nectar and produces honey, which is always beneficial for the environment.

What I've done here is share something about me and what's around me. Especially about learning from everything as motivation, about my adventures, about my fishing activities, and about food and coffee. Almost all of my activities are always related to all of that.

I started with all my limitations, starting with confusion and a process of learning independently while asking several people, especially my best friend, @elchaleefatoe15, who joined this community a few months earlier than me.

My limited resources were a real problem at first, and after three months here, I finally have sufficient HivePower to start being able to move around freely.

But there are always obstacles, especially the opportunity to prepare a complete article to be published regularly. My busy life has made me have to prepare a special time to make posts.

Another thing that has become my obstacle is that I have to translate every article I have written into good and correct English. English is not my native language, but HiveBlockchain is a multi-language community, and many communities require English as the first choice. I do it obediently here.

There are many of my posts muted by community admins, and I will never give up. All the mistakes in my posts happened just because of my ignorance; I really never did anything on purpose. I must apologize profusely.

One thing that I have never done is use my downvote rights for other people's posts. I feel so precious when I don't do that. Everyone makes mistakes, mainly because of their ignorance.

Today, May 16th, 2023, means I have been here a full year in an amazing community that is limitless and has given me a new perspective on my connectedness to some of the things that are my passion.

I have gained many things, especially the positive value of how I interact and engage with many people who were here before me, including those of you who have just joined, of course.

In particular, each of you is a teacher from whom I learn something. Everyone involved in #HiveBlockchain must have a positive value for others. I have and always will take every positive value from it.

Thank you for accepting me here, and thank you for all the positive value each of you has for me.
