Tu cerebro y tus neuronas tienen un tiempo de vida útil no abuses de tu mente intentando hacer algo nuevo y diferente cada día, está bien si descansas tu mente unos días, está bien si la musa no llega todos los días, incluso está bien si tu mente queda en blanco, lo que no está bien es que te exijas sin necesidad aparente, eres humano todos lo somos y eso no te hace malo, tomate tu tiempo despejate, sal y camina para que órdenes tus ideas y deja que todo fluya de forma natural y en su momento ni antes ni después.
