Hello to the good and beautiful people of the #jewelry community. I hope all is well with you, your family, your business, and every other thing that concerns life. Today I made another unique sample tendril for a customer. Customers have begun to like rebranding old earring skeletons to newly designed ones using beads and wire. I'll provide you with more details on what made me make the tendril including the materials and other procedures I followed to make the tendril a reality.
The truth of it all is that, me using an old skeleton earring to create a new one using wire and beads were all ideas I keep generating from this community and hive in general. From the beginning, I didn't know that a time would come when I could keep creating a unique tendril of such design and a time would also come when customers from my area would start to like them the way I just created them.
About a few hours ago, I returned from the church service and I was less busy. In order not to waste my time before I could go enjoy a football match, I decided to make a tendril from an old skeleton earring. I didn't have any of my jewelry customers in mind. I was only making it to keep myself busy and also use it for sampling for customers to see. Luckily for me, I was outside my house making the tendril and a woman who was just returning from the church program saw the tendril and decided to stop by. The woman then told me that she was in love with the tendril and at the same time, she'd love to buy it from me. This was how I successfully made money for myself this Sunday.
Materials used for the making of the tendril will be highlighted below:
Earring skeleton.
Wire.
16 pieces of blue color pearl bead while 8 pieces of it will be used to make each side of the tendril.
12 pieces of orange color pearl bead while 6 pieces of it will be used to make each side of the tendril.
Procedures I followed to make the tendril will be discussed below:
I didn't have to delay by cutting a wire from its original row. I now have to place the wire on the left head side of the earring skeleton and then roll the wire on the earring skeleton twice.
From the wire I rolled, I had to insert 1 piece of orange color pearl bead, 3 pieces of blue color pearl bead, and 1 piece of orange color pearl bead.
I now have to pass the wire under the earring skeleton and then roll it three times. From the wire, I have to insert 1 piece of orange color pearl bead, 2 pieces of blue color pearl bead, and 1 piece of orange color pearl bead.
I have to cross the wire straight to the right and then fold it three times to round the earring skeleton. From the wire, I have to insert 1 piece of orange color pearl bead, 3 pieces of blue color pearl bead, and 1 piece of orange color pearl bead. I then folded the wire twice and rounded the earring skeleton.
