Hello to my dear Hivers and the dear community of artists #Jewelry, as always very pleased and excited to be here again, showing you my work made with love and especially for you.
Greetings to the Splinterlands community, and everyone who lives there, I'm here to join the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!
For this week I present a work inspired by the character's letter "Silvershield Bard" in which I materialized a pendant for necklace of the element that stands out in his chest in the form of sun, in the quilling technique.

Hola a mis queridos Hivers y a la querida comunidad de artistas #Jewelry, como siempre muy complacida y emocionada de encontrarme por acá nuevamente, mostrándole mi trabajo hecho con mucho amor y especialmente para ustedes.
Un saludo para la comunidad de Splinterlands, y todos los que hacen vida por allí, estoy por acá para unirme al reto Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!.
Para esta semana les presento un trabajo inspirado en la carta del personaje "Silvershield Bard" en el cual materialice un dije para collar del elemento que destaca en su pecho en forma de sol, en la técnica de quilling.

Esperando les guste mi trabajo, sin más preámbulos, les dejo mi proceso creativo.
Comencemos:😃

• Cintas de quilling.
• Argolla de bisutería.
• Pintura al frio color oro
• Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería).
• Tijera.
• Pincel.
• Alicate.
• Pinza punta fina.
- Quilling ribbons.
- Jewelry ring.
- Gold colored cold paint
- Extra strong white glue (carpentry glue).
- Scissors.
- Paintbrush.
- Pliers.
- Fine tip tweezers.
- With black cardboard I previously cut several 3 mm wide strips with a guillotine.
- With the quilling needle I proceeded to roll the black ribbon in its entirety to form a closed circle, sealed with extra strong white glue and removed from the needle.
- I took orange quilling tape 3mm wide, (we can use any color since these pieces will be painted), with it I proceeded to make 4 small open circles of the same size.
- Once the 4 circles were ready, I molded them in the shape of a triangle.
• Con cartulina negra corte previamente varias tiras de 3 milímetros de ancho con una guillotina.
• Con la aguja para quilling procedi a enrollar la cinta negra en su totalidad hasta formar un círculo cerrado, sellé con pega blanca extra fuerte y saqué de la aguja.
• Seguí tomando cinta para quilling de color naranja de 3mm de ancho, (podemos utilizar cualquier color ya que estas piezas serán pintadas), con ella procedí a realizar 4 pequeños círculos abiertos del mismo tamaño.
• Listos los 4 círculos, los moldee en forma de triángulo.

- Now with orange quilling tape, we will make 4 open circles larger than the previous ones.
- We proceed to mold these circles in a kind of lightning bolt.
- All the resulting orange pieces, I proceeded to paint them with gold metallic water-based paint, let them dry very well.
- Once the pieces were dry, I glued them around the black circle I had previously made as you can see in the image.
• Ahora con cinta para quilling también de color naranja, realizaremos 4 círculos abiertos más grandes que los anteriores.
• Procedemos a moldear estos círculos en una especie de rayo.
• Todas las piezas resultantes de color naranja, procedí a pintarlas con pintura metalizada al agua color oro, deje secar muy bien.
• Secas las piezas, las pegué alrededor del círculo negro que elaboré previamente tal como pueden ver en la imagen.

- To give protection to my pendant I applied several layers of extra strong white glue, letting it dry between each layer, and let it dry very well.
- Finally I placed a jewelry ring, to be able to use the pendant on the necklace of my choice.
- This way we have ready this pendant for necklace, which I materialized inspired by the letter "Silvershield Bard ".
• Para darle protección a mi dije apliqué varias capas de pega blanca extra fuerte dejándose secar entre una capa y otra, deje secar muy bien.
• Por último coloque una argolla de bisutería, para poder utilizar el dije en el collar de mi preferencia.
• De esta manera tenemos listo este dije para collar, que materialice inspirada en la carta "Silvershield Bard".
