Saludos amigos de @jewerly, me presento: mi nombre es Beatriz Monzón, soy de Venezuela, específicamente del estado Miranda. Tengo 34 años. Siempre me ha gustado la bisutería sin embargo nunca me he dedicado a ella, aunque hubo una epoca de mi vida en que vi la bisutería como un buen emprendimiento, hice bastante bisutería para mi familia, y por lo general cuando a alguien se le dañaba una prenda me pedían a mi que la arreglara.

En estos días estuve pasando por mucho estres y en mi busqueda de alguna terapia para liberarme de dicho estres y sentimientos negativos, recordé que disfrutaba mucho hacer bisutería.

Lo primero que hice es visitar a mi gran amigo Pinterest, allí vi muchas ideas bonitas para realizar. Lo siguiente fue comprar material nuevo. Lamentablemente aqui donde vivo no hay mucha variedad de material asi que solo compre hilo nylon, nylon elástico, trancadores, un set de agujas, y canutillos/mostasillas de colores variados.

Aproveché que mi mamá estaba en la capital y le encargué pucas, pasadores de muchas formas (flores, mariposas, caritas, etc) y dijes.

En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la realización de unos llaveros para mi hermanita y mi mamá, la idea fue tomada de Pinterest, pero yo le di mi toque decorativo.

Para la elaboración de estos llaveros necesité los siguientes materiales:

Hilo chino, pucas, mostasillas, trancadores y pasadores.

Para mi hermanita elegí el color Azul y para mi mamá elegí el color Naranja.

Lo primero que hice fue quemar las puntas del hijo chino para que al pasarla por las mostasillas y trancadores no se empezara a deshilachar. Lo siguiente fue pasar el trancador por el hilo chino y anudarlo de manera que quede fijo en el el llavero. El trancador que utilicé es pequeño ya que como les mencioné aqui donde vivo mu hay mucha variedad de material y pues me toco comprar estos.

Comencé por el llavero para mi hermanita, elegí varios pasadores tomando en cuenta sus gustos. Ella ama los gatos asi que ese fue el primero que elegí.

Las pucas no quise ponerlas al azar. Yo soy una persona muy metódica y organizada, al hacer este llavero me di cuenta de eso. Las pucas las organice según el color de claro a oscuro y viceversa.

Si observan en la foto las pucas estan así: azul claro, turquesa, azul indigo, turquesa y azul claro... Luego use la misma idea, pero a la inversa: azul indigo, turquesa, azul claro, turquesa y azul indigo.

Las mostasillas las usé de dos en dos. Y los pasadores los elegí todos azules, entre ellos una mariposa; me encantan las mariposas y quise colocarle algo que me represente para que mi hermana me recuerde.

Le coloqué la inicial de su nombre: Estefania. Finalicé con un nudo doble bien apretado, corté el excedente de hilo y quemé la punta.
De igual forma lo hice con el segundo hilo, básicamente el mismo procedimiento solo que con otros pasadores. Elegí cada uno pensando en ella. Asi estuvo listo el llavero para mi hermanita.

Luego comencé a realizar el llavero para mi mamá, en su caso también usé su inicial: Miriam.

En el caso de este llavero elegí el color naranja, busque todos los pasadores naranjas que tenía, y por supuesto una Mariposa.

Algo que aprendí con estos llaveros es la importancia de no escatimar en el uso de hilo chino, yo corté el hilo a la medida exacta y se me hizo muy difícil hacer los nudos al final.

Del momento de la entrega de estos regalos no tengo fotos, así que se las debo. Pero a ellas les encantó.

These days I was going through a lot of stress and in my search for some therapy to get rid of that stress and negative feelings, I remembered that I really enjoyed making jewelry.

The first thing I did was to visit my great friend Pinterest, there I saw many beautiful ideas to make. The next thing I did was to buy new material. Unfortunately here where I live there is not much variety of material so I only bought nylon thread, elastic nylon, stringers, a set of needles, and beads of assorted colors.

I took advantage of the fact that my mom was in the capital and ordered pucas, pins of many shapes (flowers, butterflies, faces, etc) and charms.

This time I want to share with you the realization of some keychains for my little sister and my mom, the idea was taken from Pinterest, but I gave my decorative touch.

To make these keychains I needed the following materials:

Chinese thread, pucas, mostasillas, trancadores and pins.

For my little sister I chose the color Blue and for my mom I chose the color Orange.

The first thing I did was to burn the ends of the Chinese son so that when I passed it through the threading and the strippers it wouldn't start to fray. The next thing I did was to thread the thread through the Chinese thread and knot it so that it would be fixed on the key ring. I used a small threadlocker because as I mentioned there is not much variety of material here where I live, so I had to buy these.

I started with the keychain for my little sister, I chose several pins taking into account her tastes. She loves cats so that was the first one I chose.

I didn't want to put them randomly. I am a very methodical and organized person, and I realized that when I made this keychain. I organized the pucas according to color from light to dark and vice versa.

If you look at the photo, the pucas are like this: light blue, turquoise, indigo blue, turquoise and light blue... Then I used the same idea, but in reverse: indigo blue, turquoise, light blue, turquoise and indigo blue.

I used the mostasillas in pairs. And I chose all blue pins, including a butterfly; I love butterflies and I wanted to put something that represents me so that my sister would remember me.

I placed the initial of her name: Estefania. I finished with a tight double knot, cut the excess thread and burned the end.
I did the same with the second thread, basically the same procedure only with other pins. I chose each one with her in mind. That's how the keychain was ready for my little sister.

Then I started to make the keychain for my mom, in her case I also used her initial: Miriam.

In the case of this keychain I chose the color orange, I looked for all the orange pins I had, and of course a Butterfly.

Something I learned with these keychains is the importance of not skimping on the use of Chinese thread, I cut the thread to the exact size and it was very difficult to make the knots at the end.

I don't have any photos of the delivery of these gifts, so I owe them to you. But they loved it.
