Greetings great people of jewelry lovers, how are you all doing today? I hope you all are doing well. I am very happy to create a post here today which I will publish about diy steps on how a make a beautiful bracelet for my cousin using Pearl beads and sky blue beads.
Has i mentioned in my previous post, I am very interested in jewelry making but since the day I discovered this community in Hive I developed an interest and I have achieved a lot and also learned so much here. May God bless the creator of this amazing community.
My cousin requested me to make a simple but beautiful/attractive bracelet for her so that she can use it when going and I promise I will try my best I was about to come out with this beautiful bracelet you see me making.
I never knew could be good at jewelry making, she saw the one I made for my mum and she developed an interest in it.
In this post, I will share some steps I follow to come out with such a beautiful bracelet.
Materials used
- Pearl beads
- sky blue beads
- fishing line
- bracelet hook
- scissors etc.
Firstly I cut the fishing to the length that would reach me to make the bracelet, i then passed one sky blue bead through the fishing line and stopped at the center of the fishing line.
I then go through the only bead and both ends of the fishing line just to luck it in one place, to avoid moving when working with it.
I then straight the fishing line and here is the outcome.
I then pick one Pearl bead at one end of the finished line and another Pearl bead at the second end of the fishing line.
After doing that, I then pick 2 sky blue beads and pass through one end of the fishing line.
I then pass the other end of the fishing line through the 2 sky-blue beads just to interlock it.
Here is the outcome which is the first step.
I then move to the second step, I pick 1 Pearl bead at each end of the fishing line.
I then pick 2 sky blue through the fishing line at one end.
I then make a cross pass of both ends of the fishing line through the 2 sky-blue beads.
Going through the process I have 🐝 able to achieve the second step.
I then proceed to the third step, by picking another 1 pearl bead through each end of the fishing line.
I then pick 2 blue beads through one end of the fishing line.
I then interlock it by passing the other end of the fishing line through the two blue beads.
Finally here are the outcomes.
I followed that process and I was able to achieve the required length the reach the round length of my cousin's hand.
Still in process and looking at it the beauty has started coming out.
I reaching the required length, I interlock with 1 sky blue bead.
Pass the bracelet hook through the fishing.
I then tighten the fishing line at this point and cut out the tail.
I then fixed the other end of the bracelet hook.
Finally, the bracelet is ready, and here is the outcome of it.
