Greetings dear friends of #jewelry today I am passing by to show you a buckle that I have decorated with crystals and small snails.
Last week I went to the city of Porlamar and in a jewelry store I found these materials and since I saw the little snails I fell in love with them, for that reason I bought two dozen since they are difficult to get.
I had not arrived home when I already had the idea of decorating a buckle.
And here I am today, showing you the step by step of the decoration and the materials I used.
Materials :
10 crystals
8 small snails
Thin nylon thread
White felt
Liquid silicone
Scissors
Phosphorous.

La semana pasada fui a la ciudad de Porlamar y en una tienda de bisutería encontré estos materiales y desde que ví los caracolillos me enamoré de ellos, por esa razón compré dos docenas ya que son difíciles de conseguir.
No había llegado a la casa cuando ya tenía la idea de decorar una hebilla.
Y aquí estoy hoy, mostrándoles el paso a paso de la decoración y los materiales que utilicé.
Materiales :
10 cristales
8 caracoles pequeños
Hilo de nilón fino
Fieltro blanco
Silicón liquido
Tijeras
Fosforera.
To begin the elaboration of this buckle, I started by cutting a 4 cm long by 2 cm wide rectangle in the white felt.
When I had the rectangle ready, I began to carefully line the buckle by gluing the felt with liquid silicone, leaving the strips unglued.
Para comenzar la elaboración de esta hebilla, inicié cortando un rectángulo de 4 cm de largo por 2cm de ancho en el fieltro blanco.
Cuando tuve listo el rectángulo, comienzo a forrar la hebilla cuidadosamente pegando el fieltro con silicón líquido, dejando los estrenos sin pegar.
The buckle is already lined, now we will place the nylon thread at one of its ends, securing it with a knot so that it does not come loose, leaving an excess of nylon at the other end of the knot, as we will thread the snails and crystals through it.
Ya la hebilla está forrada, ahora pasaremos a colocar en uno de sus extremos el hilo de nilón asegurando lo con un nudo para que no se suelte, dejando un sobrante de nilón en casa extremo del nudo ya que por hay vamos a ensartan los caracolillos y los cristales.
I begin to introduce through the nylon thread a crystal first followed by a snail and so I repeat this operation until I finish stringing everything.
Comienzo a introducir por el hilo de nilón un cristal primeramente seguido de un caracolillos y así repito esta operación hasta terminar de ensartar todo.
When everything was properly strung together, one of us will be and tie them tightly to the other end of the buckle, securely with a double knot.
Cuando todo estuvo ensartado debidamente uno los estaremos y los anudo muy bien al otro extremo de la hebilla, firmemente con un nudo doble.
Trim the excess nylon with the scissors, with the help of the matchstick, seal the nylon thread very well so that the decoration does not unravel.
Recorte el sobrante de nilón con las tijeras, con ayuda de la fosforera sello muy bien el hilo de nilón para que no se vaya a deshacer la decoración.

I was well satisfied with this decoration because I have earrings and bracelets of shells to walk in the evenings at the beach, I just needed an ornament something appropriate for the hair and the occasion, so this weekend when I go to see my sunset at the beach I will proudly wear the buckle that I have made for the occasion.
Yo quedé bien satisfecha con esta decoración porque tengo aretes y pulseras de caracoles para pasear en las tardes en la playa, solo me faltaba un adorno algo apropiado para el cabello y la ocasión.Así que este fin de semana cuando vaya a ver mi atardecer a la playa me pondré orgullosamente la hebilla que he elaborado para esa ocasión.
