Special greetings to you all, I hope you all are well, and I hope your weekend was fun, it is nice to meet with you all here again in this amazing community and I'm so excited that this month arrived with good things and beautifully, today I will love to share with you all on a simple process that I used in showing my new colleague in the workplace how to make an easy bracelet and some experience I got in the workplace.
Learning work is not an easy cross to carry, working in raining season and the dry season, paying for transport here and there, I come to realize that being in the workplace, now I am the forelady and I will be the one showing them work then all that I know that is what I will be showing them with all my best, weekend practice was so nice, this is one of the bracelets that my new colleague was practicing.
My boss declared Friday as the practice day which is the weekend so she decided we should practice an easy bracelet and show her step-by-step, so I brought out some beads to collect and other materials.
So we cut out the fishing line to the size that we wanted to use then we passed the fishing line through the bracelet hook and shifted it to the middle of the fishing line and tight it very strong.
Then we first picked one green bead and intertwined it and we also picked two green beads on the right side of the fishing line followed by one black bead then we turned to the left side of the fishing line, we picked one black bead followed by two green beads and we intertwined them with one green bead.
After that, we picked another two green beads followed by one black bead, and passed through the right side of the fishing line picked again one black bead followed by two green beads, and passed through the left side of the fishing line then we intertwined with one green bead.
We now took the process step by step till the half-length of the bracelet.
After getting to the half-length of the bracelet we now continued the process step by step till the normal full-length of the bracelet.
Getting to the last step of the tie bracelet we now, picked for green bead and picked one green then intertwined it then tight it picked up the bracelet hook, and fixed it by tighting it very strongly.

The practice went very well, my new colleague did great work and she can make an easy bracelet through her knowledge, she was so excited about it and my boss lady noticed our seriousness.
