World Bee day

in #hive-1896413 months ago

Hello gorgeous @diyhub Lovers, trust we are doing great. today am thrilled to share with us my entry for the diy monthly contest themed world honey bee day.

Personally am a lover of honey and of course who doesn't love honey? I guess no one right seeing that it's so natural and healthy for consumption. 😊

To begin with the procedures, these were the materials used:

*Plastic bottle
*Cardboard (white)
*Poster color
*Scissor
*Rule
*Evostic glue
*Seed beads

PROCEDURES

Firstly, I had to cut the plastic bottle into a desired length

Secondly, I cut a big stripe from the white cardboard using a rule to measure the required size and length which I then colored it using the yellow poster color after which I placed it on the base of the bottle. I later cut a smaller piece of paper to cover up beneath.

Thirdly, I cut out about five stripes of same sizes and then I colored some yellow and another black which is the color of a bee. After I was done coloring I placed the stripes on the bottle to cover it up.

Fourtly, I cut out my wings, retenna, eye and mouth and colored each accordingly.

When I was done coloring I began placing it on the bottle till I was done.

After placing the eye and mouth,I went ahead to fix my bee's wings and on the wings I added a few touches of white color to bring out beauty.

And lastly I decided to use yellow and black seed beads to add some final touches to represent honey itself. 😁

Thank you for your time, peace 🕊️

Thanks a lot bro ☺️

Looking at the cup from afar, who would think you made it from a cocacola bottle. This is really nice! well done.

Thank you so much for the compliment sir. 😊
