Hello everyone.Hope everyone is doing great in the community.Today i am back in the community with the fanart of my two favourite and iconic characters.
This fanart is very creative of me because in this one image i split face into two halves in which each side represents iconic and my all time favourite character venom and spiderman.In the left side i portrayed spiderman as you can guess from red mask and black web.
The right half represents venom,the iconic black appearance,sharp teeth and a long red tongue.This fanart can also portrayed as a juxtaposition highlighting the duality between a hero and a villain.
I saw this painting on pinterest and wanted to recreate it so badly.Last night,i was so motivated to make it but i can't complete it because i had a paper today.This season is basically the exam season for University students so these days the pressure is on but nothing can stop me when i decide to make something so i completed it today after returning from University.
So let's get into the process and things required for this fanart.
Material needed
1)Sketchbook or A4 paper
2)things needed to make sketch
3)colours and black marker
4)A scale in case you want the middle line to be exact.
The process
I started by making the sketch first obviously. I made the venom side first because it was looking hard and I wanted to make the hard part first..I took me about 30 to 40 minutes to complete.
Then i made the spiderman part which was a bit easy than the venom part and completed it in less time than venom.
Then i traced the whole sketch with a black pointer and this is my favourite part beacuse this part defines all your work.
Then i started the coloring part.I started colouring the spiderman first.I don't know why but every drawing i make the main colour is either red or black and that's why my red colour is about to dry out.😅
Then i coloured the venom whose body was almost black but it had beautiful sharp white teeth and red tongue.
And its done.
