Making A Gift Box For My Little Sister's birthday

in #hive-1896412 months ago

It was my little sister’s birthday and, as you might know, I thought I should buy her something meaningful. I realized she loves accessories particularly earrings and wristwatches, therefore, I had to design a beautiful jewelry box along with a beautifully handcrafted earring and wristwatch.

I began by crafting a small cardboard box and putting it in colorful wrapping paper and bows. I also put some glitter and stickers to make it more attractive.

Then, I chose a set of earrings that I believed she would like as I served her earlier. They were beautiful, very detailed and had some sparkles as well as gems that were a sure turn on for her.

This box now contained the earring that had been stolen from the jewelry store so I was a bit uncomfortable putting it there I placed the earring in the box and also put in some small pieces of tissue paper so that it would look more polished. I thereby closed the box and finish off the look by adding a bow around the box.

My sister was very happy when she unwrapped the gift that I’d given her. she used to love the earrings and thanks for the efforts you used to make the gift box unique for her only.

It was a small act, but it significant to them especially her. It is the small things that can turn someone’s day around.

Here are the materials I used
Cardboard paper
Gum
Ruler
Scissors

Below Are The Step

First I cut out my cardboard 21:21 for the box then mark 7,14 and then drew a straight line ans folded it with the help of my ruler to make it straight, I cut the middle on buth side and fold them inside with the help of gum.

And then for the top my measurements was 11.2:11.2cm he did the same process as the first but this time the folded part was 2cm because it has to be slim to fit in.

I cut out some straight line cardboard to make a ribbon, for the sake of love I made to give a little design of love shape on the second box and here is what I got.

It was good experiencing that I was able to give my little sister something she will forever cherish and keep with her. It just brought home the fact that I do have feeling for her and she is important to me.

Her cute smile got my attention. 🥰

This is nice and thoughtful of you to gift her a colourful gift box. I have noticed that gifts that we go the extra mile to create are much appreciated and it shows our expression of love. I love to do that with cakes.

This reminds me of when I used cardboard and other textured papers to craft some beautiful works years back. I hope someday I will share some in this community, I hope I still have the skill, lol.

Thanks for sharing.

Wow, this looks beautiful, I'm glad you made something she will remember and cherish forever 😊😊😊
