Its spring season, so its time for Plum. So I am making my mind to make plum Smoothie juice. Everyone know about this fruit. Its much testy. Full of vitamin and mineral..
Benefit
Well its one of the most testy fruit. As I know that its full of antioxidants, so its help to make our bone stronger and its reducing inflammation and protecting your cells from damage by free radicals. Its reduce risk of heart disease and others.
Test
As I talk about the test . its much sour and sweet both combination. And I am adding indian massal . so its more spice . you can say sweet, sour, spice mixed juice. I think you love this when taking a sweep of the drink.
Ingredients
- Plum 10 piece
- Coriander leaf 6 pieces ( you can use more)
- Sugar 2 table spoon
- Black salt half table spoon
- Masalla mixed haft table spoon (Cumin powder+ cardamom)
Steps
Well I am starting with wash all the Plum fruit. Use a knife to cut all the Plum separate the seed. Because I don’t need this. Now take this in a blender jar.
Now taking some coriander leaf in the blender jar . before taking these leaf I am chopping this in small pieces. Its helps to make this juice better.
Now taking sugar in the blender jar. Use the sugar as you want . but my suggestion to not use more. Time to add masala powder and black salt . this is important . because its make spicy this juice and you feel more testy.. You can add ice cube as you want. But its end of the winter so I am not adding any ice cube.*
Finally blending all this properly . if you want smoothie then blend very fast and not need to use filter. Just take in a glass. If want light juice so you can use filter then your juice must be very lite..
I am adding a Coriander leaf and some Plum fruit to decorated this and looks better.. Now our drink is ready to drink.. Hope you like this juice..
