Hello to everyone who lives in this wonderful community of #amazingdrinks, my recipe today is quite simple, but very good; since it is an exquisite way to start the day or also in the middle of the afternoon: "a coffee with milk and cinnamon" reinforces and enhances people's mood.
- 2 tazas con agua.
- 2 cucharadas de café.
- 1 cuchara de canela en polvo.
- 1 ramita de canela.
- stevia o miel o azúcar al gusto.
- 4 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
For this recipe I used the following ingredients.
- 2 cups with water.
- 2 tablespoons of coffee.
- 1 spoon of cinnamon powder.
- 1 cinnamon stick.
- stevia or honey or sugar to taste.
- 4 tablespoons of powdered milk.
The first thing we do is place the two cups with water inside a pot and at the same time we add a cinnamon stick, when this water boils its color will change a little as it eats caramel to mix it with the coffee.
The second thing we will do is prepare the strainer with the amount of coffee, personally I like one or two tablespoons of coffee maximum and a lot more milk and other ingredients, it is the only way I tolerate coffee hehehe... I'm not very coffee maker, but preparing it in this style with a lot of milk, with cinnamon, with cream, it is much more delicious and appetizing.
As you can see, the cinnamon water is added to the strainer that has the coffee powder and then this carries out the brewing process, obviously, and this water in itself is well repowered because cinnamon is one of the best natural vitamins that They activate the B complex in people's red blood cells among other things and the smell is impressive!
Another important point is to add the milk, personally I have a whisk, manually adding the four tablespoons of milk or more, because I really like white more than black and I stir vigorously, at this moment we can add the amount of sugar, honey or stevia or any other sweetener, I recommend in small quantities because the water is already sweetened by the cinnamon stick.
I let it rest for a couple of minutes or more and I enjoy having a morning coffee with milk with that touch of cinnamon. Obviously, cinnamon powder can also be added at the moment when it was being beaten with the milk or sprinkled at the end when it is already It is served ready to enjoy.
This is my way of having a good coffee, energizing, invigorating and that activates me during the day because coffee with its caffeine content is a stimulant, cinnamon enhances this activation and makes one feel in a better mood, more active, more alert and also happy because that aroma is impregnated in our mouth, what can I tell you, this is one of the recipes that I like the most! accompanied by a good breakfast, be it an arepa or even as a snack, take it cold after it is left at room temperature, you can put it in a blender with ice and make a delicious coffee frappe with cinnamon.
