Hello friends, nice to greet you. I'm Yeli Marín and this is my first post in this community. I have been preparing some drinks that have been recommended to me, but I did not have the opportunity to take pictures of them and document their elaboration process.

To tell the truth, I am just starting to get used to the consumption of infusions and drinks, of which I did not know all their beneficial properties for my health.

I have been dragging many habits of consumption of some foods such as ultra-processed foods and sugary drinks, which has considerably influenced my health, so I decided this 2025, to take action and improve my lifestyle.

So I have researched about these drinks and how they can help me with certain health conditions that I face. To be honest, in this process of adaptation I am adding lemon to everything to adapt to these new flavors that I have had a hard time perceiving, but like everything in life is a process and this is mine.

So I was researching and I needed to take a tea that would help me to reduce inflammation in my body, because among some of the diagnoses is fatty liver, so I had to take immediate action.

So I was recommended a powerful ginger tea, accompanied by curcuma, pepper and I accompanied it with lemon. At first it was strange this new flavor, I had never taken it before, but as I said, the lemon has facilitated this process.

So I put a cup of water in the candle and added a small piece of ginger, finely chopped, until the water boiled and I could feel that the ginger gave off its concentrate in the water.

Then I strained it and added this ginger infusion in a large cup to which I added a spoonful of curcuma powder, along with a pinch of black pepper to enhance the properties of curcumin and I finished by squeezing the juice of half a lemon, which was very juicy.

Then I stirred it until all the ingredients of my tea were integrated and I drank it hot, stirring it constantly with each sip to avoid the curcuma powder to remain at the bottom.

This tea was recommended to me to de-inflate my body, cleanse the toxins from my body and improve the condition of my liver, I'm doing it once a week on an empty stomach. I have already done it twice and I hope the results are favorable.

These are powerful anti-inflammatory ingredients and will also help me to reduce fluid retention and cleanse my body progressively, since I have been documenting myself about the properties that curcuma has to eliminate parasites from the body and old cells, so without hesitation I prepared it.

Soon I will be taking other infusions with medicinal properties that are the benefits I am looking for at this time and why not, make it part of my daily intake. My diet is changing, I am learning to eat and take better foods, I have left the soda for tea and healthy infusions and I hope that everything flows for me correctly.

You're right, I've learned about all the benefits it has recently, it also tasted strange to me that spicy flavor and I've learned to endure it, but I have not yet grabbed the exact amount to my tea, I'm still trying.
