Do you believe in Angels, do you believe that demons roam freely among humans. The thing is personally I prefer to believe in things that I can see. There is probably the existence of Angels and Demons in the supernatural relm, I haven't encountered those. What I have actually encountered is Angels and Demons disguised as humans.
My Dad always said that we can see God in the humans around us, I might not be a very religious person, but I agree with my Dad on this.
The story begins when I was stabbed hard in the back by a person I thought was a friend. I always tell myself that I don't trust people easily, but then I find myself trusting people and end up getting stabbed over and over. So this demon stabbed me, and left me bleeding profusely, To make matters worse, the knife was laced with a sort of poison. I had 30 days to find a cure, or it would be impossible to bring me back to the land of the living.
There Begins My Journey In Search Of A Cure
My first stop was at the door steps of @scholaris. With his talks about wahala and it's origin, I figured he might know a thing or two about solving my wahala. Unfortunately he didn't have a solution to this strange wahala, but he gave me directions on how to get to the hall of the Angels. According to him, they were the only ones that could help me out.
Walking in the hall of Angels was a bit overwhelming. I thought I had to scream a lot louder to be heard by the angels, to my greatest surprise a little whisper got the attention of the first Angel I encountered. @asgarth Who I'd be referring to as Angel 1 This angel became my favorite Angel through out the story. He didn't actually have the cure to my ailment, but he was by my side through out the journey checking up on me and making sure that I was on the right path.
Hand in hand he led me to the second Angel @acidyo Now this angel was a very easy going angel. I always thought angels are so busy with keeping humans in line and making sure everything in the hive planet is going as planned, It felt great to know that these Angels actually took a break from their busy schedule, Just to assist a tiny mere mortal.
"Ah! Easy pizzy. You will be cured in a bit."
Those were the reassuring words of Angel2. Obviously he had come across such ailment in his many years of practice. He did his magic, ranted some abracadabra spell. Unfortunately, there was a greater force at work that wouldn't let his spells work. He was patient with me, he tried over and over again, it wasn't still working.
"I have cured a lot of people with these spells, it's strange that it's not working on you."
I went back to Angel1 crying. I thought that was it, I thought it was all over for me. Angel1 wiped my tears and reassured me that he wouldn't let me die on his watch. He led me to another Angel @reazuliqbal.
"If the spells were cast properly, you should have been cured. There's nothing much I can do from here."
"Another Dead end." I said to myself.
Honestly, If it wasn't for Angel1, I would have given up on my quest and accept defeat. But Angel1 wouldn't hear of it. He sat there thinking for a while, and in a moment I saw a bulb light up on his head.
"Now I know another Angel who is quite an expert in matters like this. Follow me, we must find @arcange."
This angel was a bit hard to find, but not impossible thanks to Angel1. I laid my complaints to Angel4. His replies gave me a strong assurance that this might actually be my last stop. For this to work, we needed the help of Angel2. It seems they had to cast a mighty combo spell. We hit a little bump at this point. It wasn't so easy to get two Angels to be at the same place, at the same time. Strangely these two Angels had a personal issue they had to deal with individually, they had to boost their health and magical powers. Meanwhile about 20 days had passed since I was stabbed, I was getting scared that I might fail to beat the deadline.
Few days later, it finally happened.
"It's done. You have been cured!" Came the calm voice of Angel4.
You might wonder if all Angels are males, well of course not. There were female Angels that kept checking on me throughout the journey; @merit.ahama @faith65 @ghost.queen.
Pardon me for using parables and metaphors on this one. But I believe everybody mentioned here understands what I'm trying to say. I want to appreciate each and every one of you. This wouldn't have been successful without you.
THANK YOU
