At the beginning of the movie Arvind and his family are seen very happy at the airport. Arvind is a retired middle class father who has raised his children with his lifetime income. On the other hand, it turns out that Arvind never got the chance to take his wife out, so the couple decided to travel to America with the pension money in their late life. Sadly, before they even entered the airport, all their joy vanished. In front of Arvind, his beloved wife faints and it is revealed that she has suffered a brain haemorrhage and needs a lot of money for her treatment.
In such a difficult situation one can see how important it is for an old father to have his children by his side during his wife's treatment. It is seen that Arvind gets selfish behavior from his son during such a crisis and wants to take his mother out of treatment by showing lack of money. As a result, Arvind can see how much pain a father can get. It is beautifully seen how a middle class husband goes through difficult situations to save his beloved wife in her last life. When a person suffers so much, he dies himself because he cannot bear the failure of not being able to save his loved ones. The ruthless defeat of human life by money can be seen through Arvind's family.
