On this special day, International Women's Day, I intend to grab all our attention towards us, women. From time to time, we have gained respect and so did we lose them. We gained recognition, so did we lose them. However, till today still, this day is celebrated or has been given some importance.

Some have a wrong perception about women, the gender. Women are like men, are like transgender, etc. Then, the question arises that why are women given special treatment? That is because women have been given less importance. From time to time, women received the least importance in society in comparison to men, and let us not even count transgender into the equation.

So, from here comes the concept of standing for women but not for men. Men have been always given privileged is what society portrayed to everyone. The one in power, the one in central attention was always men. Even now most of the schools, colleges, and universities in Bangladesh have more percentage of male students than females, while close to none have transgenders.

Where are we playing with power now or misusing power?

In places where women have opportunities, we tend to generalize those sections and make it common for women. This is playing the game of biasedness while limiting the stage of opportunities for women. Society manipulates women to have some sophistication and let the gear be in the hands of another. While playing the game of power, men tend to be manipulated to hold the gear and take the lead even if they are not ready in some circumstances.

While both the genders are being manipulated to certain roles, the mind-game players start to rule over the game. This is not how it was meant to be, was it? We are humans, we are bound by our responsibility and choices, not by a peculiar game of mind.

This generation promotes all gender equal rights. Here, none gets to play the game unless have been given the opportunity to. Society is still old and odd. We still need to build our society and transform it according to our mindsets need to open up more than being shut down.

On this day of power, when Women are free to choose and take their step, men are too encouraged to alleviate their support while keeping their own concentration for themselves. The one who cares for others, helps not only themselves but everyone. Can we all do this? I bet we CAN.

Happy International Women's Day Hive-ians.

It's the biased thing we're still on till today. The men seeing us as weak vessels and not allowing us to have our place in the society which isn't fair. We'll scale through someday. A happy women's day to us all. !PIZZA

Hm. But I also have to agree that all men aren't bad nor all men are biased. It all depends on our roots, upbringing, and many more factors. Not even every woman is very much aware of their rights, some are just being too off and some are hiding away from fear. We need to accept who we are first, then everything else will fall in place I believe.
