What I have come to realize over the past few months is that people are essentially a combination of effort and consistency. I was afraid to compare myself to others and felt inferior to myself. I thought that I was not capable, that I was more incapable than others.

There are things that stop or hold us back, and we have to face them; it may not be pleasant, but we can't give up.
One day a close friend of mine expressed his feelings to me. He shared with me all his complex problems and what he was going through. A friend should stand by a friend, at least as a side pillar, which is what a true friend should do. I also listened carefully to all his thoughts and problems so that any solution could be found. His problem was family, I'm not a sociable person, but I was always by his side to support him and listen carefully to his thoughts.
The only advice I gave him at the end of the day was don't wait for everything to be right; start today. If you don't start today, it will keep going back and forth, and you will get nothing at the end of the day. Because life is not forever, it will end, and even if you can't say precisely when it will end, maybe you never got a chance to start.
