Day after day, we're faced with one trial or another that comes at us so hard that maybe with just an extra weight, we could be broken into pieces that may be unmendable.
Sometimes it feels unending, and you end up asking, would this ever end?
Here's what your default state of mind tells you; whine about it, be depressed, cry yourself to bed, starve yourself, just make sure you feel and look forsaken
Here's the right thing to do; Take a long good shower (probably warm or cold) just make sure it's what you like, put on some makeup if you chose, wear a nice outfit, take yourself on an evening walk, pause on your way and LAUGH IT OUT.
Laughing is the one thing I do a lot when I can't seem to wrap my head around the happenings around me, it's weird but trust it to be therapeutic.
Worrying and stressing over things you can't control is way too hard, it's much easy to just LAUGH IT OUT. Laughing comes with this sense of relief, it lights up the weight in your chest.
I WILL RECOMMEND YOU LAUGH OUT LOUD.
Ps: is a picture of myself in school, laughing on a day I should have been crying.
