Good day, Hiveans! I hope you’re fine while reading my blog. Today we had fine weather with no unexpected rain or rain showers. It is a good day to share some experiences that I encountered.
In a previous blog, I shared my sleepover experience in Barili, Cebu and you can revisit it if you have more spare time.
When I hear the town Barili, the thing that always comes to my mind is the Milk station where they sell organic ice cream. When I proceeded to postgraduate studies, I heard one of my classmates share her experience in Barili, Cebu. She said that in Barili, Cebu we can find delicious ice cream in southern Cebu. It was one of the delicacies of the town. The information is automatically saved in my memory since I love eating food. It is one of my motivations to travel to a place.
Aside from wanting to touch down the town Barili, I also wanted to taste their delicious ice cream. The invitation was a great opportunity for me. I told my husband that the most important thing on our visit was the Milk station, and it would be a great disappointment if we could not visit the place.
It was already evening when we arrived in the town Barili and despite that, we spot the place of the Milk station. Unfortunately, it was already closed when we arrived. The disappointment in my face seeing the place of the Milk station closed was very evident on my face at that time. Luckily, my husband assured me that we would be back in the place after the Christening event.
The Christening event was done early and after taking our lunch, we asked permission from our college friend that not to wait until the program ended since we had another place to visit. One of the places was the Milk Station.
The photo showed that my husband had a work task despite our travel. It is one of the disadvantages of the job of my husband and me.
We went back to the Milk station despite the heavy rain we encountered. We were determined to check if the information that I heard was true.
We reached the Milk station, and I was happy that the place was still open and there was no rain when we arrived.
I directly ordered their famous organic ice cream and my first time trying the goat milk. I asked my husband if he already tried drinking goat milk and he told me he already experienced drinking one. It was very safe to order since it would not be a waste if I ended up not liking the goat milk.
As I tasted the organic ice cream, the information received was true. The organic ice cream is truly delicious. I like the ingredients that they’ve used. It said that it’s made from fresh milk and less commercial ingredients in the product. The taste of the ice cream is different from the commercial ice cream sold in the market and the so-called dirty ice cream on the road.
**Did you try the ice cream in Barili, Cebu? If not, I hope you can have an opportunity to try it too.

The goat milk is also delicious based on my husband’s opinion since I ended up not a fan of goat milk or I’m just ignorant of the type of milk during that time.
Do you like fresh goat milk?
Overall, our experience in the Milk station in Barili was so satisfying that every time we passed Barili, Cebu we would never forget to have a stopover and taste the delicious organic ice cream in the area. I think, we already visited the place thrice despite the far distance of the place. It is evidence that the best ice cream for us is found in the Milk station in Barili, Cebu Philippines.
