Hello everyone 👋. How's your week going? Hope you're having a blast! 🤗
In this week's #phonography contest which was initiated by our good friend @untilwelearn, I'll be sharing my captures of these bright yellow cute little flowers.
My siblings, their spouses and their little families and I, had this trip to Baguio City, Phils. a while ago. Apart from the nice, lovely temperature in this city, it is also quite a nice place to be close to nature. Yeah, spending time outdoors , indeed!
We stayed in a rented villa in Camp John Hay where we soaked in the lovely environment. In fact, being there feels like you're in another beautiful country, surrounded with tall pine trees, variety of flowering plants and nice green spaces.
The moment we arrived at the villa, we all dumped our overnight bags inside and explored outside while there was still daylight. Imagine an 18-20deg. Celsius temperature, surrounded with greens and different natural colours, crisp air and blue sky... simply amazing! It was a glorious moment, not to mention being surrounded with loved ones as well.
In front of the villa, there was this green space with nice trimmed grass and these tiny yellow flowers caught my attention. Since it's my first time to see it, I was in awe! Discovering something new is indeed exciting! Have you ever seen this mini flowers before?
I found out through google lens that this beauty is called peanut grass. Don't you think it's a great ground covering plant apart from the carpet grass, cow grass and many others? Greens speckled with yellow flowers is quite a sight to behold.
This is all for now, dear friends! Thanks for stopping by! My best wishes to all! 🤗💯💢💥
