The WOO team always told that everything will be scarce, because that is what brings value in. We know that most of the available $WOO will be spent for Land upgrades, pumping the price of WOO up, but what about the cards.
Let's look at the cards.
We know that we have a hard cap created by the Sonny Cards. All 600 were printed from, which there are 4 GB cards. That is a total of 59 max level SB cards + 4 GB = 63 Max level cards possible.
Let's see what the other cards show.
I did an overview of the circulation of all remaining cards, and we still see a few soft caps, mainly Perry Saturn and Raven cards are at around 30-31 Max Level cards.
Here are the unopened packs, Perry already passed the half-line with only 30 max level cards:

If you want to have the best deck available, then you will need to hurry up and get those cards, while they are still being minted!
