Es un postre tradicional del país y suele variar su preparacion e ingredientes según la región dónde se consuma. Por la variedad de quesos y demás. Aún con todas esas bondades y demás, a mí personalmente no me gustan nada los golfeados. Me parece una combinación muy extraña la del papelón y el queso. Prefiero comer algo que sea completamente dulce o completamente salado. Aunque dependiendo de la comida, a veces puedo disfrutar de eso. Cómo lo agridulce de los vegetales salteados chinos. Pero con respecto a los golfeados, he intentado varias veces comerlos pero no hay mucha mejora en cuanto a la opinión.
