Work without any encouragement boost is a sure ticket to discouragement.
Especially when your expectations are high or when you have been promised of something good from the work done.
I gave up on working long duration of time for someone, after my experience.
I prefer a work that takes only few days or one week for me to get my pay.
Because with this I can discharge myself from my duties when I don't see anything positive coming from the long run.
I worked in a hotel initially as a receptionist for a month without any pay but stupid promises, the staff meal was also removed.
So, technically I worked endlessly on empty stomach.
Nothing to show for, I was transferred to another unit after a month.
With lots of promises again, still nothing changed.
When I threatened to leave, they paid only a month out of four months.
Well, I collected it and still left.
I knew they were going to use the one month pay to lure me to working for more non payment months, I just left the three months without continuing dancing to their tunes.
And they never paid it back.
I chose this experience out of the many others.
It wasn't pleasant at all.
Being self employed in my country is the best but this requires investment and sacrifices.
Or working in the federal government sector, seems to be another better option.
They will surely owe you, but will pay and you will be valued in your work.
And be entitled to enjoy leave and breaks.
I believe their is some good private jobs that pay well too, but you will be ready to work your ass off.
The ugly part of it is, you will have to pay in other to get this type of work or have someone connected to the place.
