I love my home town of Byron Bay, New South Wales of Australia, I have been living in this beautiful not overcrowded, peaceful town now for six years and still each morning I need to pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming this town sits in a prefect location on the north coast of NSW with countless beaches on the left of me and on the right of me and none of them are miles apart some walking distance others just a short drive away.

Some of the beaches on this coastline of NSW have for many years been known by the worlds surfing community the first worlds surfing competitions was held in Lennox Head beach in the early 70's and today there are still surfing competitions been held on this beach.

Byron Bay beach itself going back to the early 60's has always been a tourist spot for backpackers and surfers and till today still is but the real estate in the higher ends of Byron Bay have become impossible to purchase for any middle class person, it's has revolved into a millionaire's paradise now because of it's location and with all the stunning surrounding beaches.

From Brunswick town down to Lennox Head town on the NSW coastline you will find about 10 well know popular beaches within a distance of less the 30km between in that 30km of coastline there are towns that people wish they had a piece of land along this beautiful coastline they are in demand and there are hardly any people who want to sell out this coastline is just to beautiful to pack up and leave everyone wants to live here.

)
But honestly the New South Wales North Coast of Australia has hundreds of beautiful beaches were you can own a family friendly stretch of sand or world famous waves and there are plenty of options to choose from I chose my stretch of sand in Byron Bay town six years ago and would never trade it for anything else I have everything I need here and so happy to have made that decision to buy here and get out of the big smoke city of Sydney.
