When I woke up today, I kept thinking, what should I go for when my gadgets are fully charged? I love music so which song should I go for? Should I just go with the ones I usually go for or bring in something unique?
Well, I had those thoughts, and I am glad I did have them because they made me come to a conclusion on what to do today. Yeah, I know you've seen and read the title of the post, "Doom at your service". Crazy isn't it? Who would want doom to be at their service? Well, no sane human would want that...hmm.
But, is that it? It is funny how we've all come across it. Doom has visited some of us even when we didn't ask for it. And we know, when that danger comes into our lives, we become scared even when some people may try to hide theirs behind a smile. We get so scared because when doom comes, it destroys things that mean so much to us.
Yeah, but we need it even when we don't want it, and that is why it comes to our service with the presence of life. Without darkness, there won't be light. Therefore, without doom, life will be boring and meaningless. We won't value things. It is crazy right? Or maybe I am the crazy one here, and that's fine. Hehe.
Without the presence of rain, there won't be sun, and without life, death won't come to us. Whether we like it or not, doom will always be at our service...in different forms, maybe, but there's one which is sure for everyone, and that's death.
Therefore, appreciating what we have matters. Time doesn't run away. It is “our time” that does. Therefore, live life and don't expect things to be all rosy at all times because life happens.
I came across the title of the post "Doom at your service" through a Kdrama I recently watched, and the Ost were just on point that I couldn't help sharing them. Just listening to the songs, there was so much I learned, and hopefully, you may get motivated through this as well.
The first one is titled "Breaking down" and the scenes brought together show the emotional responses to when Doom visits.
You know, the pain and frustration that sets forth when danger bears out it claws at us because we know we aren't alone and we don't want our loved ones to see us hurt. Also, because those memories bring us pain and we just want to be happy.
The second Ost I enjoyed was "All of my love" because it just warms my heart. It is sad yet gives hope to a broken part in us.
It is the sort of song that assures us during our worst moments. The words wipe away our tears and help us heal. It helps us believe that we can be happy again. How cute!
Now to the last but not the least, I give to you, "This is love". It tells us how sometimes what we see as love isn't true love. Love that makes you shed tears more than a happy memory. You don't deserve that.
You deserve the love that respects you. The love that acknowledges that you are human with a beating heart and shouldn't be taken for granted. The kind of love that is patience, kind, doesn't envy, and it is true.

Thanks for reading and listening.
Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.
