I do believe the world is magical in many ways, and what activates that magic or spark in us has to do with where we stand or where we are. There have been statements made that miracles happen in our world, and I am a believer in it. Miracles, chances, opportunities... They exist in our world.
Being at the right place and at the right time always yields positive results, init? The fact that we found ourselves at this or that place adds value to our lives. It tells whether it is time for such a spark to occur in our lives or we'd have to wait a little bit longer or, better still, find our way to that place.
And with me as always, the spark is music. I stand by it wholeheartedly because of the beauty and warmth it surrounds me with. There's power in every voice heard. How lovely it always is to go back to old songs and not just get the nostalgic feeling it is meant to give but more. How it resonates with you better in your current situation and all.
Music inspires me, but what lights up the spark deep within is the voice, the tunes, and lyrics that follow suit. I cannot in any way explain fully the inspiration I get by listening to songs. It is always new to me, yet such a familiar feeling and just this night, with my tired body, listening to music gave me some sort of energy. I wasn't planning to write. I even gave up on it, but somehow, Gloria Gaynor voice just did the magic. Like, I feel like I am on something that can't be easily explained or grasped by human knowledge.
Maybe it is just me or maybe not. You'd have to tell too if her voice charges you up and inspires you too after listening in.
