Most times in life we do not get attracted to people because of what we know about them and there is no way we can discover the true facts about a person without being close to that person and observing things on our own. I don't believe in hearsay but the fact that I don't believe in hearsay doesn't mean others don't. There are many people in this world who are ready to nail you to the cross because of a rumor they heard concerning you, yet there are people who are still smart enough to get close to the people who they are interested in getting to know more about.
Getting close to someone shouldn't always be misunderstood as being in a relationship with the person. The truth is that there is no better way to learn the truth about a person's character and the motive behind it without getting too close to the person.

Now think about secret services, for example Mossad and some undercover cops which we may have heard of many times. The fact that trained military personnels sometimes disguise themselves to mingle with some set of individuals or civilians clearly portrays that people in the position of authority have over the years discovered the advantages of being close as an insider, observing and getting their information first hand.
All this and more was going on in my mind as I was listening to Shape of you by Ed Sheeran.
when he said “I'm in love with the shape of you, we push and pull like a magnet do” I figured out he was specifically referring to the power of attraction which takes hold of a person's mind just by seeing. There is a saying that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Can you imagine how much many who can't see are missing? One who sees may feel he is better than the blind but to be honest I'm one who doesn't believe I'm better than anyone because I have something that others don't have and others have something that I don't have.
Some may be rich in the bank and rich in paper notes but they don't know how to express genuine love and compassion. They may deeply desire to keep a relationship, at least to keep one partner and make their marriage work. Yet they lack what it really takes to keep a woman and some super rich still get divorced. People like this will envy those who do not have money but at least have what it takes to keep a woman which is what their hearts long for. This is one thing in life, no matter the level you find yourself in, you'll be longing to have a taste of something else which you're not yet capable of.
In the Bible we see King David, who saw a beautiful young woman bathing in her compound. He must have been living upstairs or maybe had climbed a watch tower to see the fair woman taking her bath inside her compound where she considered safe from people's view but not safe from the eyes of one of his neighbor king David. What happened next was that David made his move as a man in power, as a king he slept with the woman and later when the woman breaks the news of her pregnancy to him. He devised a way and killed the woman's husband in order to hide his atrocity because the woman's husband refused to sleep with his wife for the fact that he is an Israeli soldier and his fellow men were in battle. He chose to stand and fight alongside his brothers which made David give orders to take him to the toughest side of the battle and be left alone in order to be killed.

Now from this short story, we can see the problem in seeing. He saw and fell in love with not only the shape of someone else's wife, maybe the texture of her skin, her curves etc. Though God punished David double fold for his evil deeds. This clearly shows that falling in love with some people's shape can also put us in trouble.
Now what was the case of Eve in the garden of Eden as it is written, she first of all saw the fruit, then she thought how desirable it would be to have it. That was how the problem of man started. Till today we're still desiring, which is also a good thing but majority of the times we have desired and brought in people into our lives with the mindset of having them as our life partners or to keep for relationships. They ended up breaking our hearts to the tiniest bits that we can hardly trust even a new person who is truly genuine.
The summary of everything now is, before you fall in love with the shape of the desired person. Do your background checks very well, Some can do better than Mossad. So you don't end up like some celebrities and men of influence, who all of a sudden lost their wealth to the bearer of the shape they so much desired.
