There is a very clear issue and it is that many times we trust in our own knowledge but we also want to have the blessings of God, and trusting in our own knowledge often restricts us from the blessings that God has for us.
11 In those days it happened that Moses had grown up and went out to his brothers, and saw them in their hard work, and he observed an Egyptian beating one of the Hebrews, his brothers. 12 Then he looked around, and seeing that no one appeared, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. 13 The next day he went out and saw two Hebrews fighting; then he said to the one who was mistreating the other: Why do you beat your neighbor? 14 And he answered: Who made you a prince and judge over us? Do you intend to kill me as you killed the Egyptian? Then Moses was afraid, and said: Surely this has been discovered. 15 When Pharaoh heard about this deed, he sought to kill Moses; But Moses fled from Pharaoh and lived in the land of Midian. 16 While he was sitting at the well, seven daughters of the priest of Midian came to draw water to fill the troughs and water their father's sheep. 17 But the shepherds came and drove them out of there. Then Moses got up and helped them and watered their sheep. 18 When they came to Reuel their father, he said to them, "Why have you come so early today?" 19 "An Egyptian rescued us from the shepherds' hands and drew water for us and watered the sheep." 20 "He said to his daughters, 'Where is he? Why have you left this man? Call him to eat.'" 21 So Moses agreed to live with the man, and he gave his daughter Zipporah to Moses as a wife. 22 She bore him a son, and he called his name Gershom, for he said, "I am a stranger in a strange land."
23 After many days the king of Egypt died, and the Israelites groaned because of their bondage and cried out; and their cry came up to God because of their bondage. 24 Then God heard their groaning and remembered his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. 25 Then God looked upon the Israelites and recognized them.
Exodus 2:11-25
There is no day when a challenge presents itself and there are two basic ways to react, God's way or our way. Here we have the great example of Moses who has experienced both God's way and his own way. We see how he has taken the matter of the abusive Egyptian into his own hands even though his motive was legitimate the method he implemented was incorrect, this shows us the mistakes that Moses made.
Let's examine your situation a little, Moses focused directly on the difficulty, haven't we done the same many times? The injustice or pain that a situation causes calls our attention immediately we want to solve it and just like Moses we seek to act immediately without consulting God for guidance.
Just as Moses also trust in our own strength and our own intellectual capacity, as we know and from experience when a problem arises the natural response is to do whatever is within our reach to obtain a solution, even so God wants us to trust in him and not in our own strength.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And do not lean on your own understanding.
Proverbs 3:5
Also Moses acts impulsively, there are situations that seem urgent and we must solve them at the moment or as soon as possible, this situation, or the resolution of this situation became our absolute priority and we forget to wait on the Lord and his guidance.
I believe that most of us have followed in Moses' footsteps at some point in our lives and have also suffered or are suffering the consequences of making the wrong decisions. But let's notice that God rejected us and much less in the plan He had for Moses' life. Instead, He improved and worked on his character by giving him a new opportunity. And He will do exactly the same with us. We have another chance. God has compassion on us and helps us in our weakness. We have time to repent and take the right path.

Hay una cuestión muy claro y es que muchas veces confiamos en nuestro propio conocimiento pero también queremos tener las bendiciones de Dios, y confiar en nuestro propio conocimiento muchas veces nos restringe de las bendiciones que Dios tiene para nosotros.
11 En aquellos días sucedió que crecido ya Moisés, salió a sus hermanos, y los vio en sus duras tareas, y observó a un egipcio que golpeaba a uno de los hebreos, sus hermanos. 12 Entonces miró a todas partes, y viendo que no parecía nadie, mató al egipcio y lo escondió en la arena. 13 Al día siguiente salió y vio a dos hebreos que reñían; entonces dijo al que maltrataba al otro: ¿Por qué golpeas a tu prójimo? 14 Y él respondió: ¿Quién te ha puesto a ti por príncipe y juez sobre nosotros? ¿Piensas matarme como mataste al egipcio? Entonces Moisés tuvo miedo, y dijo: Ciertamente esto ha sido descubierto. 15 Oyendo Faraón acerca de este hecho, procuró matar a Moisés; pero Moisés huyó de delante de Faraón, y habitó en la tierra de Madián. 16 Y estando sentado junto al pozo, siete hijas que tenía el sacerdote de Madián vinieron a sacar agua para llenar las pilas y dar de beber a las ovejas de su padre. 17 Mas los pastores vinieron y las echaron de allí; entonces Moisés se levantó y las defendió, y dio de beber a sus ovejas. 18 Y volviendo ellas a Reuel su padre, él les dijo: ¿Por qué habéis venido hoy tan pronto? 19 Ellas respondieron: Un varón egipcio nos defendió de mano de los pastores, y también nos sacó el agua, y dio de beber a las ovejas. 20 Y dijo a sus hijas: ¿Dónde está? ¿Por qué habéis dejado a ese hombre? Llamadle para que coma. 21 Y Moisés convino en morar con aquel varón; y él dio su hija Séfora por mujer a Moisés. 22 Y ella le dio a luz un hijo; y él le puso por nombre Gersón, porque dijo: Forastero[a] soy en tierra ajena.
23 Aconteció que después de muchos días murió el rey de Egipto, y los hijos de Israel gemían a causa de la servidumbre, y clamaron; y subió a Dios el clamor de ellos con motivo de su servidumbre. 24 Y oyó Dios el gemido de ellos, y se acordó de su pacto con Abraham, Isaac y Jacob. 25 Y miró Dios a los hijos de Israel, y los reconoció Dios.

Hay día que no se presente un desafío y hay dos maneras básicas de reaccionar, la manera de Dios o nuestra manera. Aquí tenemos el gran ejemplo de Moisés que ha experimentado tanto la manera de Dios como su propia manera. Vemos cómo ha tomado el asunto del egipcio maltratador en sus propias manos aunque su motivo era legítimo el método que implementó fue incorrecto, esto nos muestra los errores que cometió Moisés.
Examinemos un poco su situación, Moisés enfocó directamente en la dificultad, ¿acaso nosotros no hemos hecho lo mismo muchas veces? La injusticia o el dolor que causa una situación nos llama la atención inmediatamente deseamos solucionarlo y así como Moisés buscamos actuar inmediatamente sin consultar buscar la guía de Dios.
Así como Moisés también confiamos en nuestras propias fuerzas y nuestra propia capacidad intelectual, como sea sabemos y por experiencia cuando se presenta un problema la respuesta natural es hacer cualquier cosa que esté a nuestro alcance para obtener una solución, aún así Dios quiere que confiemos en él y no nuestra propias fuerzas.
Fíate de Jehová de todo tu corazón,
Y no te apoyes en tu propia prudencia.
Proverbios 3:5
También que Moisés actúa de manera impulsiva, hay situaciones que parecen urgentes y que debemos solucionarlo en el momento o lo antes posible, esta situación, o la resolución de esta situación se tornó nuestra prioridad absoluta y olvidamos esperar en el señor y en su guía.
Creo que la mayoría de nosotros hemos seguido los pasos de Moisés en en algún momento de nuestras vidas y también así hemos sufrido o estamos sufriendo las consecuencias de tomar las decisiones erradas. Pero observemos que Dios nos rechazó y mucho menos en lo del plan que tenía para la vida de Moisés. En lugar de ello mejoró y trabajo en su carácter dándole una nueva oportunidad, Y exactamente lo mismo hará con nosotros, tenemos otra oportunidad, Dios se compadece de nosotros y nos ayuda en nuestra debilidad, tenemos tiempo de arrepentirnos y de tomar el camino correcto.
