Warbler

With stripes of black and eyes so bright,

A warbler perches, bathed in light.

On slender branch, it finds its place,

A tiny nature jewel, a true masterpiece.

Its feathers gleam, a tapestry, A masterpiece of artistry.

A songster skilled, a feathered friend, Its melody is joy for me .

It darts and dips, a flash of move,

A story told, a tale unsaid. In fields of green,

it finds its way, A beacon bright, from day to day.
