Today, I bring you another post as part of the actifit daily challenge.
I went for a brisk walk with some jogging in between. See I'm trying to build a base so I can start doing some long distance running again. Some say the slow way is the fast way ๐ค. I think they might be right.
I leave you with a few photos and a a poem written by Robert Frost, "The Road Not Taken."
