I have not truly been a fan of modern music in my country because of the unnecessary sound and lyrics they give because I don't just listen to a song, I feel it, read it and digest it. However, ever since I was fortunate to get to know Johnny Drille and listen to his songs, I was awed! I couldn't believe such a perfect melody and rhythm could take its place from the mouth of a Nigerian.

Johnny's music does unspeakable things to my heart. The first time I heard his song was at work. A colleague of mine was playing the song quietly when I heard it. I stood still and I listened more. That day started my journey toward loving Johnny Drille's song.

At first, I didn't believe he was Nigerian. I shook my head in denial even when I knew it was true that he was. His intonation and music style match perfectly to music I enjoy listening to, and his lyrics finish up the magical series. This is why I name him my Africa blues guy.

Yeah, I know you must be dying to listen to his songs too and even get to know him, and here is a snippet.

John Ighodaro, professionally known as Johnny Drille, is a Nigerian singer, record producer and songwriter.

He was born on July 5, 1990, in Edo, Nigeria. The first song that got me hooked on him was Bad dancer.

Bad dancer; Johnny Drille.

The music has it all. The scene, the beat, the lyrical flow of words and sound to create a perfect gem that calms the mind and soul.

You'll surely fall in love with this song right from the start. The song brings an undeniable smile to my face and tears, too, as I remember days when life was a lot more fun with dances and we'd dance badly to create more laughs. It sure was fun.

Then we have Mystery girl, which started with a deeper sound to Bad dancer.

Mystery Girl;Johnny Drille.

Here's another gem you'd want to get on your playlist. The music style and beat screams rocking of the body. An interesting way to approach that Mystery Girl in your life.

Now, we have the Shakespearen Romeo and Juliet creation, but this time, music is made out of it to remind you more of the gem.

Romeo and Juliet; Johnny Drille.

The tap and band that started this is amazing. Here's another musical style that adds more juices to the music flow.

Be my Romeo, and I'll be your Juliet, and this time around, let's rewrite our fate. With our love still intact, let's survive.

I really don't want to end this musical beauty entry, but everything that has a beginning surely has an ending. Before that, I'll be dropping this off to wrap things up. Enjoy the last tune How are you?

How are you? By Johnny Drille.

This started differently from the others, and that's what makes it unique as well. I am using this medium to check up on you all. How are you? Let me know in the comment section.
