Happy Sunday! Another amazing Sunday is to start the day with music, and today, I am going all African with songs from one of the best Grammy award musical artists, Burna Boy.

His songs have been known to melt the heart of his listeners as he always gave his best in the musical font.

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, who is known professionally as Burna Boy, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer.

He was born in Port Harcourt, Rivers State , Nigeria, on 2 July 1991, and he fills the heart and soul of his listeners with Afrobeats, reggae, and pop themes.

I have chosen 3 of his songs to welcome Sunday, the end of the month of June, and the start of another month in July. Just seeing how we are beginning the seventh month of the year is... well, it is what it is.

Now, to the musical zone.

Common person; Burna Boy.

The first on the list is "common person," which, to me, speaks on how we are all the same. Either rich or poor, we are all human, and we all have a role in our society.

I love the calmness that surrounds the song. The gentle tap of the drum, the trumpet, and other instruments that follow suit.

Last last; Burna Boy.

The second on the list "last last" states that no matter where we are in life, when life is ready to serve us hot breakfast, it will serve us well.

Move your body in a freestyle mode to the dance. Calmly rock your body to the beat and have fun.

It's plenty; Burna Boy.

When someone says it's plenty, it is a slang meaning everything full to the brim. And this song just put you right into the dance mood.

This song reminds you of the reason you need to enjoy your life and not waste your day just brooding. Free your mind and let the music lead.
