Hello Hivers and welcome to another bout of TTT with yours truly. It’s been a nice ride with showcasing songs I really like. Welcome to Three Tunes Tuesday. Shout Out to @ablaze the man who got this going for this long.

For this week, I’m going to be sharing the most popular artist in the world. Yes. Statistically, The Weeknd is the most popular artist in the world and I don’t know how that is.

If you do check his streamings on YouTube, quite the millions for the least. I have to say I like some of his music. Just two and one recommended to me by a young lady. I don’t know more but I’d like some recommendations if you please.

The Weeknd - I Can’t Feel My Face

I love the beat fire. I’m a pretty happy guy and I like to live in the moment. So, this makes me nod my head. I bet many of you have heard and like it as well.

Did you know that the line “I can’t feel my face” is a line from the movie Blow and that people actually made presumptions of The Weeknd being high on cocaine during that song? Yeah, the lyrics didn’t help his case either.

The Weeknd - I Feel It Coming

This is my other favourite not just for the music but the aesthetics and creative that just blew my mind. I also read something pretty interesting:

I feel it coming, in its overall aesthetics, is a tribute to the early music videos 80s, in particular, those of Michael Jackson. The entire character of The Weekend in the video is overall a cameo artist died, both from the Billie Jean's dance steps that the military-inspired jacket.

No wonder I’m in love with it. That and the surreal atmosphere built with music and sci-fi. A nice collab if you ask me.

The Weeknd - Blinding Lights

His biggest hit and top trending. Something about being completed when he’s with a certain lady. I like this song a lot. Have you any to recommend?

I'm a die-hard fan of the Weeknd. Have you heard Call Out my Name? The Hills? Is there Someone else? Shit! I have so many favourites from him that I can't seem to pick😂.
Among your recommendations, blinding lights is the one I like best. I really do like the artists your recommend for TTT. Last time, you recommended Hozier, I love his songs too

Do check them out. And no, I've never done so. I hoard music a lot, absurd as it sounds😂. Maybe one day I'll write. Just one day
