Music is my life blood, my soul. It's the beat my heart dances to and the vessel I use to travel through time and emotions.
This world is hard

But there is always hope.
I am so proud of this song. It came to me at a time of global devastation that think we'll really struggle to articulate to our kids and grandkids.
We all thought we were going to die. So many people did, but not all of us. We thought it was Armageddon.
But we didn't.
And in the midst of it, I put on my mask and my gloves and dove into helping as much as I physically could.
Whenever I find myself in times of trouble, I try to come back to this song... to remind myself that I was scared and I made it through.
And it brings me so much peace.
