Three Tunes Tuesday—James Arthur

in #hive-1938162 days ago

This is my second TTT post, and I think it will be more organized for me to recommend songs from a single artist each Tuesday.

Last time, I discussed a modern rock trio, The Warning, this week, I will be mentioning an iconic pop sensation whom I love so so much.

The first song I'll be mentioning is called Train Wreck. I remember listening to this song for the first time through my noise cancelling headphones about two years ago. The melody jump at the chorus got me addicted. The song is about wanting to reverse a heartbreak, at least, that's how I see it.

The next song on my list is gonna be Emily. The song is named after his daughter named Emily, who the song was also written for. As a guitarist, I am personally impressed by the intricacies of the guitar backing to this song. It's certainly one of his best in my opinion.

The third song will then be Rewrite The Stars. This iconic song was one of the musicals in the movie 'The Greatest Showman'. To the best of my knowledge, the song was written by James Arthur and Anne Marie.

There goes my selection and music curation for you this week. Have fun listening.
