El Pica Pica - Una pieza musical fundamental para mis clases de guitarra.
Mi vida se centra mucho en la enseñanza musical, es importante para mí hacer arreglos musicales con los cuales pueda facilitar la enseñanza y aparte garantizar una didáctica interesante, la guitarra muy contrariamente a lo que se cree, es un instrumento difícil, sobre todo por las extensiones de la mano izquierda, las barras y la fuerza que deben desarrollar los dedos.
Ahora bien, estoy haciendo un método de guitarra que sea atractivo para quien lo lea y al mismo tiempo pueda a instruir a una persona desde cero, no solamente a tocar sino también a leer partituras.
Entonces en esa búsqueda por enseñar de manera significativa, una pieza musical Venezolana ha sido de gran ayuda para mí, se trata de una obra que tiene muchos nombres, desde "El Pica Pica", "La Partida", "Quiero ser tu sombra"...
No existe como tal una versión oficial, puesto que como es música tradicional, ha ido de boca en boca, siendo variada por cuestiones de tiempo y espacio.
¿Porqué 3 guitarras?
La guitarra es un instrumento con un gran abanico de posibilidades, por ende tiene una cantidad de recursos musicales que se pueden explotar, desde melodías simples hasta acordes de 6 notas, tiene la capacidad de transformarse en un instrumento de percusión.
Hacer un método musical a 3 guitarras abre la posibilidad de que el estudiante no solo aprenda, sino que aprenda en grupo, desarrollándose así en el mundo de la música de Cámara.

El Pica Pica - A fundamental piece of music for my guitar lessons.
My life is very much focused on teaching music, it is important for me to make musical arrangements with which I can facilitate the teaching and guarantee an interesting didactic, the guitar, contrary to what is believed, is a difficult instrument, especially because of the extensions of the left hand, the bars and the strength that the fingers must develop.
Now, I am making a guitar method that is attractive for those who read it and at the same time can instruct a person from scratch, not only to play but also to read scores.
So in this search to teach in a meaningful way, a Venezuelan musical piece has been of great help to me, it is a piece that has many names, from “El Pica Pica”, “La Partida”, “Quiero ser tu sombra”....
There is no official version as such, since as it is traditional music, it has been passed from mouth to mouth, being varied for reasons of time and space.
Why 3 guitars?
The guitar is an instrument with a wide range of possibilities, therefore it has a lot of musical resources that can be exploited, from simple melodies to 6-note chords, it has the ability to become a percussion instrument.
Making a musical method with 3 guitars opens the possibility for the student not only to learn, but also to learn in a group, thus developing in the world of chamber music.
