It is a fantastic Monday where outside it feels like spring and I can feel the energy that felt me in this neverending winter flow back in again. All of a sudden I really want to take care of business!. It might actually also help that BTC is flying again bringing good vibes to the crypto market as well. Who knows what this will all lead up to, and out precious Hive is finally playing along well also!
But taking care of business on my behalf means taking care of all the things I have ignored for weeks and months maybe. And what is better to do your laid back stuff with than with spinning a record at the same time.
Yes spinning a record. You know the old school ones where you have to give some love and dedication to making it all happen. Dusting off the record from all of the old dust, setting the needle at the right place, hearing the record drift over a left over dust with some crackle in there. Playing a record is like driving an old motor cycle. It isn't that comfy, but the whole experience is the way to go.

3 Chords
So the Sonne album by Rival Consoles is a classic one already by now if you ask me. Where the 'Persona' album has more of an eerie feeling in there, 'Sonne'really has more uplifting parts in there.
In '3 Chords' where the intensity starts to set is in around the middle piece if you ask me, just before he goes a chord higher. But where you can hear the darkness of the underlying synth coming in...that is where the magic happens. Imagine doing house chores at home with this in the background, that is totally fire!
Helios
Bring in the dance moves in there. If you are talking about uplifting this one really has it in there. I saw by the way that he had started doing some shows again here and there on his website. Imagine dancing to this somewhere on an outdoor small place somewhere near the water with the sun shining on your face. I would totally know some places where this could be done.
it would be nice to see some live work from him, and yeah with this album I am thinking more about the outdoor shows, but a small and dark venue somewhere inside might also even be nice!
Haunt
Another one that is uplifting yet also makes you curious on what is about to come. There is so much mystery in this song if you ask me. And yes, there was a little bit of dancing though all of the house while all of this was going on. And yes, I needed togo back every now and then and turn the record in stead of that you press 'next' on your spotify list.
But spinning some records every now and then, it has the charm of attention to it and this record suits it all perfectly!
