Hello to all my fellow music lovers!

It's Tuesday once again and I have some free time so I decided to make my second Three Tune Tuesday post for this year. Last time, I shared music from the Nu Metal band Bloodywood which is a Hindi band that I discovered a few months ago. This time, I want to share songs coming from Slaughter To Prevail which is a Deathcore Band from Russia. They were also the band that claims to have last years "Biggest Wall Of Death". Anyways, here are their songs.

Behelit

Not only did I like music, I also love watching Anime and reading manga and Berserk was one of those manga that leaves an impression into me so it really comes into my surprise when I first listen to Behelit as it was inspired by the Berserk manga which explores the idea of a higher being that controls the destiny of humans. At the same time, it was also a tribute to Kentaro Miura, one of the manga's author that passed away on 2021. In this song, I really enjoy the symphonic deathcore sound along with the orchestral arrangements and this was a song that features more of clean vocals which is not the usual style of the band. It also kind of remind me of the mid 2000's AMV that will used to popup in my Youtube algorithm.

Kid of Darkness

On the other hand, Kid of Darkness was the opposite to Behelit, as it has a more aggressive rifts and breakdowns accompanied by a mix intense vocals and screams. The song has a mix of English and and Russian so it was not as difficult to understand the song which explores the themes of darkness, death, and despair. Like how the song's opening lines, "Death and only death / There is no other teacher," set a grim tone, suggest that death is the ultimate guide through the darkness of life.

Baba Yaga

And for the last song, Baba Yaga, you may need to go directly to listen to the song as the music video has a lot of graphic content that makes it age-restricted and affects how it was being shared on platforms outside Youtube. Anyways, the song was based on a witch from Slavic mythology who punishes evil deeds. The song's lyrics delve into themes of accountability, fear, and the cycle of retribution where the protagonist on the video is engaging in cannibalistic activities and expressing a sense of hatred and pain in a a dark and violent world.

And that was it for this week's #threetunetuesday post. This was a project initiated by @ablaze where everyone was free to share their favorite music every Tuesday. Thank you very much if you made it till the end and you can tell me which song have you liked or was something that you never heard. The song was really busy and a lot of things happen at the same time but at no point that I feel like they are doing too much which is not the case for some songs that I have listened before.

See you until next time!
