Bitcoin has been on fire lately, and it sure has been fun to watch it push up to new highs. We did see some correction already which we all knew was coming, people like to take those profits after a nice run. But I think there is still more steam in the tanks, so maybe we'll see a push up to test $100,000? That will be interesting! With any luck it will start to get some of the alt coins moving too, especially Hive!
Tuesday is here again so as always I'll be throwing together a Three Tune Tuesday. It's a weekly event where you can share a few of your favorite tunes with everyone. I find it very interesting because you can hear things from around the globe that otherwise you might never experience. First off thanks to @ablaze for starting and continuing to sponsor the weekly event. I also am one of the proud sponsors providing part of the weekly prize which is six HSBI units that one random person wins every week. You can never have too many of those!
Today I really haven't taken time to figure out a central theme for the music, but today I think I'll go with something mellow for a change. Earlier today I heard a song randomly play that was written by Thin Lizzy front man Philip Lynott back in the early 80's but it was a cover by The Corrs. They have done several covers over the years and hey are usually pretty good, so I'll be sharing some music by The Corrs.
The Corrs are an Irish band originating in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland. Despite part of my ancestry being Irish and even having been to Ireland I have no idea where that is, but I'm sure my friend @ablaze does. They are a band composed of four siblings Andrea, Sharon, Caroline, and Jim Corr. In the mid nineties they began a string of hit songs that lasted until the mid 2000's, before going on hiatus. They have produced some catchy tunes over the years, but today I'll go with covers just for fun.

First up will be the cover I mentioned above of the song by Philip Lynott. This one is called: "Old Town":
The band has always been fans of The Rolling Stones, and I am too. They were before my time but they produced some great music over the years. And despite their age they still perform! This cover is of the song "Ruby Tuesday" that was originally release by the Stones in 1967. It's definitely a different sound without Mick Jagger singing!
This last one isn't a cover in the traditional sense. It an old Irish folk tune, and you get a better taste of their Irish roots. This song is "Toss The Feathers":
That will finish off this Tuesday's #threetunetuesday . It's a departure from my usual style, but change is a good thing! Sometimes... I hope you enjoyed my picks of the day, they aren't the usual songs you hear from The Corrs, but I like them. Thanks for taking the time to stop! Thank you so much everyone for all of your support, it really is truly appreciated!
