Hallo Freunde von Hive, auch speziell an alle aus der DACH community und den coolen Jungs bei Splinterlands in meiner Guilde (Mädels fallen mir keine eine aktuell ausser @xawi aber die ist ja in anderen Teams unterwegs) und generell bei SPL - hier ein paar Ergüsse, die vielleicht nicht jeden interessieren, aber es war mal Zeit Review zu machen und soich paar Sachen für 2023 vorzunehmen - dieses mal mit hoffentlich mehr Disziplin und Umsetzungssärke
Thanks to @acidyo for writing about it and after 3 days of relaxing silence around me I could think about future and judge bit of my last years here and there.

2022 and before
It was a hard year (or maybe even two) for me kind of - not bothering you with boring private shit but I have to say I am happy the way 2022 ended, no matter how frustrating current crypto trends are. Apart from life changing things in my private area that hurt a lot and still keep me busy the way I did not anticipate years ago I also had good happenings this year.
After a job change towards a management position in my former job 2 years ago we came to the conclusion we like each other, we appreciate each other but there is not this perfect fit you want. So we parted ways - I learned a lot during the two years and I appreciate this a lot, it was a great goodbye and I meet my former colleagues frequently.
Since July I am working for a different company, doing things I am good at, but also things I did not know I can do them, but also not doing things I am experienced in - sounds strange? Yes it is :-.
Original blockchain job plans faded away.....
I had originally planned to enter also professionally a job in the blockchain space and got several interesting offers from CMO of a B2B blockchain company to CSO roles in the consumer playtoearn space (gaming) but this was exactly when the crypto winter started - a lucky coincidence maybe. I still drive some blockchain initiatives in my private life and have to make sure some stuff on Hive is running again or better.
Resolution part general
Oh well difficult - i mirror some areas that many folks plan, being better organized betwenn job, Hive, private life as well as finally getting back on track with working out and living healthier are top of my list (again but has to be done now!).
Resolutions Hive and Splinterlands
In terms of Hive I need to be more active in my own music-community and re-think approaches towards some of my previous photo contests. Even more important is to be more relaxed towards bear market especially when I look at Splinterlands and my assets that shrink everyday. Also I plan to engage more again on the social community part of the Hive ecosystem. I was focusing too much on @rabona and @splinterlands during the last year and forgot a bit the part this blockchain has been built-on and created for original (when the old name was valid for us OGs) - so resolution:
- engage more again
- lead my @music-community community with more focus
- ignore prizes (do not check these charts that sum-up the total of your assets but focus on community, games and how to improve this ecosystem in the way I am able to)
- Keep a bit of my Hive Power (I actually needed money for real life but am now not selling) and support good content
- Try not to be too direct to avoid being called salty (hence I avoid a certain Discord :-)!)
Many thanks here to great folks that brang me here aka @steevc for his convincing 6 years ago, to my my Deutsch buddies on chain and in our Legendary Dragons guild (Splinterlands) which i will not tag individually as well as some guys I appreciate for their SPL commitment (even i do not always agree with them) such as @davemccoy @byzantinist or even @gank.
