Quienes siguen mi cuenta con regularidad, saben que no es nada novedoso que nos reunamos en familia a celebrar "cosas". Ayer sábado nos reunimos una vez más, en esta oportunidad para celebrar dos hechos importantísimos.
El primero de ellos fue celebrar que he terminado un ciclo de recuperación de salud de suma importancia para mí y que es la conclusión de más de un año de dedicación. Este es un logro muy positivo y una satisfacción muy grande para mí para la familia.
El segundo motivo a celebrar es que mi grupo, Los Cañoneros, recibió el 13 de enero de este, año un importante premio para reconocer la labor que hemos hecho en más de 42 años de trayectoria artística.
Those of you who follow my account regularly, know that it is nothing new for us to get together as a family to celebrate “things”. Yesterday, Saturday, we got together once again, this time to celebrate two very important events.
The first one was to celebrate that I have finished a very important health recovery cycle for me, which is the conclusion of more than a year of dedication.This is a very positive achievement and a great satisfaction for me and the family.
The second reason to celebrate is that my group, Los Cañoneros, received on January 13 of this year an important award to recognize the work we have done in more than 42 years of artistic trajectory.
El Premio
El premio Glorias Artísticas de Venezuela, se entregó por primera vez en 2024, llevando el número del año anterior en su nomenclatura. Por esa misma razón, este año se entregó Glorias Artísticas de Venezuela 2024.
Actualmente es el segundo premio más importante en todo el país, después del Premio Nacional de Cultura.
The Award
The award Artistic Glories of Venezuela, was presented for the first time in 2024, bearing the number of the previous year in its nomenclature. For the same reason, this year it was awarded Artistic Glories of Venezuela 2024.
It is currently the second most important award in the country, after the National Culture Award.

El galardón tiene como objetivo principal reconocer el legado y obras de quienes enriquecen el patrimonio cultural de los venezolanos con más de 20 años de trayectoria.
En ese sentido fue un honor compartir ese premio con artistas de la música venezolana, como Jesús Sevillano, Lilia Vera, Cecilia Todd o Los Guaraguao.
También se reconoció la labor de músicos de otros géneros, como Cheo Linares, salsero; Biella Da Costa, de rock y Jazz, o algunas de las leyendas del rock y pop venezolano como Los Tres Tristes Tigres, Ivo o Colina. También hubo reconocimientos para poetas, pintores, gente de teatro y otras manifestaciones artísticas.
The main objective of the award is to recognize the legacy and works of those who enrich the cultural heritage of Venezuelans with more than 20 years of experience.
In this sense, it was an honor to share this award with Venezuelan music artists such as Jesús Sevillano, Lilia Vera, Cecilia Todd or Los Guaraguao.
The work of musicians from other genres was also recognized, such as Cheo Linares, salsa singer; Biella Da Costa, rock and jazz musician, or some of the legends of Venezuelan rock and pop music such as Los Tres Tristes Tigres, Ivo or Colina. There were also recognitions for poets, painters, theater people and other artistic manifestations.

Para nosotros ha sido una satisfacción enorme, pues es la primera vez en más de cuarenta años de carrera, que recibimos un reconocimiento de esta magnitud. Tanto mi hermana, @helyorsini, quien es la cantante del grupo, como yo y el resto de la familia, esto fue un gran motivo de celebración y no podemos más que estar agradecidos.
For us it has been a great satisfaction, because it is the first time in more than forty years of career that we have received a recognition of this magnitude. Both my sister, @helyorsini, who is the singer of the group, as well as myself and the rest of the family, this was a great reason to celebrate and we can only be grateful.
