The act of generating loving kindness and compassion towards sentient beings changes our own world.
Our world extends beyond ourselves. Sentient being outside of me are me, too.
I think that is very profound. Wishing the best for others also has a positive effect on the body. It can also create a happy disposition. These positive effects and happiness can radiate outward and make one surroundings a better place.
It is really necessary that we should spread kindness all around the world for positivity and growth to be maintained. That should actually be our nature
It would take me quite a while to be in the right frame of mind to be feel calm and kind. This is very difficult and testing time for one to be calm and mindful of one’s insecurity and anger.
Kindness and compassion will heal the world so more people should be aware of this practice.
As a wise man once said, blessings are like perfume, it is impossible for them not to splash on the person who distributes them.
