We have almost similar reset routines. It's like you were describing me. Resetting is important for us to give our best too. All work and no play makes jack a dullboy. So yes, we do need those days off. I understood this and which is why i work really hard, giving my all from Monday to Friday, then kickback with a book or Anime on Saturday and Sunday.
