Ever wondered how during ancient times, a small group of people ruled mighty empires? We have an example of Japan and China's history, like how the Japanese ruled over Chinese kingdoms. Yes, it was due to drug addiction, lack of enthusiasm toward the country, and unity among people. But the main reason was the limitation of their thinking capabilities. That was the chains of slavery restricting their intellectual ability.
The reason I am telling you all this is because I want to make you aware of the importance of freedom, the mental one. Once you can achieve freedom by building your physique and community stronger by just filling the people up. But to get rid of mental illness, you make a vision, break the chains that have bounded you, and destroy the low IQ walls that have kept you backward.
Now the question arises, how do I know if have mental freedom or not? To understand first, you should be aware of what the freedom looks like. Detachment is the synonym for freedom. The more you get detached from emotions, backward thinking, and the past that is limiting your growth, the more independent you will be. It is as simple as when you can act and behave according to yourself, preference your life choices, think out of the box, and achieve the goals and aims of your life without bounding to any chains. That’s when you are said to have freedom from all chaos. The more containers you carry in your mind, the more you lose creativity and adaptability and shift backward.
But if you are getting mentally ill, that could be the outcome of withdrawing from your hobbies and friends that make you happy and fresh. Lack of mind-focusing exercises, living in denial, significant mood changes, experiencing anxiety and depression often, and not letting go of the past develops a constant state of sorrow and guilt in yourself. The 2022 Research states that every 1 in 4 people is affected by mental illness.
Now the query is, how do I achieve mental freedom? Well, the case is not simple as it looks and not even tough as you think. It is more of a process. You have to start by achieving smaller goals that will lead you to the larger ones. The initial step should be letting go of the past, then detaching from the emotions and commitments, limiting your growth. But that doesn’t mean you act indifferent about things you should care about. Ignite the flame of innovation, cast a vision, and think out of the box. Try to build your personality. Focus on the path that will lead you to your aim and level of greatness.
Other than that, try to make learning your everlasting habit. No matter what your age is or what you have achieved, learn. Learn from the situations and people since every person possesses an entirely different story.
