It was quite challenging at the beginning
I think once you get past that, you're on a good track.
I figured out that my fitness goal was just to stay fit and nothing more. I wasn't after building sixpacks or muscles—there is nobody to impress with them anymore, I just wanted to be healthy.
That's the key point - just to be healthy.
I hate going to the gym, and prefer to workout in private, but sometimes it's just not possible. It's great that you find little ways to stay fit, and jump rope is amazing:)
