And for that you need hairs, which is not easy to have.
There was a time, when people did not have to bother about their hairs, during Dad's generation. There were barely few people who were loosing hair, so mostly baldness was attributed to inheritance. Slowly things changed, in our generation, loosing hair has became more common in forties, though the percentage grow with age. Right now, many of my friends in fifties have lost their hairs, and trying to find out a solution. Unfortunately this problem is now affecting teen aged kids, and our kid is no exception. The root cause of the problem is related to life style and food habits but it's literally impossible to live a life style and eat food like Dad's generation - everything was by default organic then and they did not have any stress, because they did not have high aspirations. It's literally impossible to live that life, unless you are a super minimalist, like tribal people. So instead we are trying to find some minimalist hacks, that can fix the problem.
The kid for some reason, loved to keep long hairs as you must have seen in some of my posts. Back then I strongly objected, saying this could potentially cause hair loss, he did not believe me. But then came the time, when he felt his hair density is reducing, even though it looks fine from outside. So finally the time came to have a military cut - he thought over it for more than a day. But cutting it alone does not help it grow, so this time, we are doing some traditional remedy, to see if that helps.
Cold Pressed White Sesame Oil mixed with Karanja seed oil (or Pungai Oil ) is a very good medicine for hair regrowth, but finding them is not easy. Interestingly, when the kid went for the hair cut, a gentleman, slightly senior to me heard our conversations about hair loss and advised this oil, giving the address and phone number of the place where these oils can be found. This is why I keep saying, have faith in God, he will come to you in some form, that is beyond expectation.
This is not listed in google maps, so I had to manually figure out the location.
Inside he has several types of oils, all cold pressed.
He mixed it in proportion and advised to take only a small bottle of 100 ml.
So now I have a permanent place to get organic cold pressed oil - mustard oil is our regular use. Before applying the oil, the scalp needed salvation.
A little salt therapy to kill all the germs at the root - remember this salt from good old times ? They are not available everywhere, but still in use - this is where our experience matters.
So the salt therapy was done on day one, and then apply the oil everyday, and wash everyday without using any chemicals (like a normal head bath we do everyday). These are some minimalist hacks, that people used to do in old times and we are back to those times - if all goes well, then the kid will believe why a minimalist life is necessary for wellness. You simply can't convince the current generation, without showing them results.
