Thursday, 31 August 2023 – Fire accident in the Male Santri Room in Dayah Darul Abrar, Gampong Blang Reuling, Sawang District, North Aceh Regency. The fire disaster is estimated to have occurred at around 09.00 WIB, in just 20 minutes, the building of the santri room was under construction. The wood was completely devoured by the red blaze, said the Dayah leader, so many of the students' goods and equipment could not be saved.
